It’s so great to be able to drop in classes. No sign up needed. I love the indoor track, especially in the winter cold months! The Y is clean and very well maintained. You always see someone shining up the place and the equipment is updated.

I like the variety of options I have to exercise. The hours are convenient and the 24 hour option gives me flexibility. I’ve received personal training from Caroline and she was amazing. I also like that you are offering more yoga-type sessions that aren’t necessarily athletic, like sound bath.

It has been wonderful, the staff are kind, the fellow members are great and encouraging, the facilities are always clean and taken care of, and the staff does an amazing job updating members of events, programs, updates, and changes.
