Pool is great ! I would like it bigger with more lanes especially since that was promised when it was originally built. Also I wouldn't mind addressing the fact that our rates were increased for towels and for the fact they kept getting stolen. Towels are not even a thing now and yet the rate hike remains. Overall your facilities are pretty good 24/7 is greatly appreciated. Some of your front staff when walking and getting checked in is very unattentive in general the younger ones.
Very friendly staff and the life guards are very alert. And the place is nice n clean. I come to work out in the gym are on cycling.
Ability to play Pickleball and work out at reasonable times.
They have a Really great Hot Tub that's really nice to enjoy going in
I have been around YMCA’s for about 55 years. Hands down this facility is the nicest.

It is always a pleasure to go to the Y. We are greeted by friendly staff and have come to know many of those whom we pass as we work out. The facilities are beautiful, the trainers are helpful, and the equipment is varied and well maintained
I like everything. The front desk staff are so nice. I daily joke is so fun. I do the pool class at 9:30 usually. All the instructors are so good, they are all different but the work-outs are wonderful. They all focus on balance, and range of motion, and keeping all your muscles working well. Sometimes I use the equipment on the 2nd floor. There is a nice variety of machines to use. And the walking track is a nice thing also. The locker room, rest room and showers are always nice and clean. A great place to keep yourself healthy. I have not gone to any of the exercise/gym classes, but I do watch some of them and they look good.

I love all the different classes and options. Facility is clean and inviting. Staff are friendly. I really love the family atmosphere where I don't have to worry about my teenage son being there without me.

You have good clean locker rooms and very pleasant friendly staff members.

I currently live in Phoenix and I can truthfully say that none of the comparably priced gyms out here have the amenities or appeal that Dow Bay Area Family YMCA offers. (I think I could sit in the steam room all day.) I love going to the Y when I'm back home. It's become almost like a family affair because there really is something for everyone.
Absolutely the best place to go and spend time with friends and family. Great place to workout and fun activities and friendly staff. Don't think about it just sign up you won't regret it.

It is a family friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get into the facility and they have all the equipment easily accessible and the layout is nice. The steam room and sauna are awesome after a good workout.
Love the Y and all that it has to offer for our youth and community.

The Dow Bay Area YMCA is a great place to workout for you and your family! The facility is extremely clean and all equipment is modern and well maintained. From the time you walk in the door until you leave the staff is very friendly and helpful. I also enjoy the camaraderie of all the other members and friends I interact with every time I workout.
