Awesome customer service and Jamie built the bike for me.
Huge selection, great service, competitive pricing and friendly knowledgeable staff. That's what it takes to run a great store and that was our experience. From the initial call to Jamie Fisher and the test rides with Tucker Fisher, they did exactly what they said from our first phone call and when we arrived at the store. Drove from Acton MA to Seabrook NH because they stocked both items we wanted to ride and compare. Gave all the pros and cons of various price points and bike vendor options. Bought an Aventon Pace 500.3 E-bike based on those variables.

The Owner is very knowledgeable and just a great guy. Ordered my second E-bike and will continue having them serviced there.Sure you can buy a bike on line and I almost did and glad I didn't. Reason is they will assemble and adjust the bikes functions for safety. They will back it up with the manufacturer's warranty. Enough said check out Western Cycle.
