Quick and easy

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to test ride a bike which sealed the deal. Setup the bike assembled and ready for us 2 days earlier than promised. Did not give you a 10 because the handlebars were not tightened, and unexpectedly dropped during the 1st ride, which could have lead to an accident. I was able to tighten then and all is good. Will have to check all the other bolts for tightness.

Jamie is a wonderful listener and customized the process to my needs and explained all responses in lay language…..thanks again, Jamie!!!!!

Purchased TREK Marlin 5 yesterday and rode it last night on road and trails. Very happy with its performance, comfort and quality. Western Cycle staff were very helpful in finding the right bike at the right price for my budget with no hard sell. Plus tax free Seabrook location can't be beat.

My wife and I came to Western Cycle because they are a Velotric dealer. Jamie and Tucker gave is amazing service as we tried the Velotric bikes and compared them to Aventon and Trek. They took the time to work with us and get us fitted to exactly the right bikes for us with the right accessories.

We absolutely love our Velotric Thunders and appreciate the quality service we've gotten from the Western Cycle team.

You folks had the bike that I wanted and built it within a day of my calling. I didn't get a bike manual with my new Aveton, unfortunately, but I can probably find the info online.

The store associate helped me find a bike that I love. They provided great service and had many selections to choose from.

Everyone at the store was eager to help in the purchase of my e-bike. In my past experience, bikes shops will provide you with some information but mostly you are on your own while test driving, trying to figure out the functions of the bike as you go, not here! The staff offered to bike with me to show me the route and make sure I was comfortable with the bike. They also encouraged I try different turns and speeds and route to ensure I'm completely comfortable with the bicycle. I would rate this place more than 10 if I could.

Jamie was helpful and friendly and facilitated our getting discontinued E bikes from Aventon. The assembly cost was reasonable, I could’ve easily done this myself but I felt it was worth the additional hundred dollars to make sure that it was set up, right, and the accessories were put on, and to establish a relationship with a bike shop that would have some ownership and making sure we were happy customers. Just by way of comparison, we went to seacoast E bikes in Newington, which is practically walking distance to us and they wanted $250 to assemble each bike. They also wouldn’t order it, we had to go through some gyrations through Aventon itself to get it shipped to them. They were very pleasant there, too, but their stipulations lost them a couple of customers. We have since referred friends with whom we are going to go on a E bike tour to western cycle because we are so pleased. other than one minor glitch - Jamie forgot to mount the front baskets, the bikes were terrific. He will do that anyway. No big deal. I’ll review the E bike somewhere else but the service and set up were excellent and we are thrilled with western cycle.
