I recently purchased a Aventon Pace 500.3 from Western Cycle for my wife. I live in the area and glad my wife and I stopped in to get an education about the world of e-bikes. We have been cyclist on regular bikes for many years and with the advancement of age decided it was time to step up to this new mode of recreation. We were greeted by Dean Merrill who gave us and extensive background about the various e-bkes. Upon his vast knowledge and personal experience we purchased our first bike. Dean told us he would order and assemble it and we receive a notification from him very promptly that our bike was ready for pick up. The afternoon that we came to the store to pick up our new bike we were greeted by Jamie Fisher who gave us a complete education on how to start off using our new purchase. He even assisted me with the install and use of the new Thule hitch carrier I also purchased and many helpful tips.
The level of service we recieved from these two gentleman have solidified that we made the correct choice. We are now Western Cycle fans and will continue to shop and seek advice from this wonderful shop. Again, thank to both Dean and Jamie!!

The customer service is exceptional. We always work with Tucker, he is super repsonsive, helpful, polite, and guarantees the products or is c upfront with anything not covered. He is willing to work with his customers. We calleed the store once and someone other than Tucker answered and that person was short, not helpful and made me not want to go back or recommend. But we went in and as always Tucker handled our issue kindly and professionally.
We put a bike on layaway. Staff was very helpful picking out the bike and getting the right size. When we were ready to pick up they put the bike together right away so we could pay and pick it up. Very happy with everything thank you.

It’s so nice to have a professional bicycle store in Seabrook for sales and service! And Western Cycle is the right business to handle those needs!! It’s a family business and everyone is so pleasant, and they want to please their customers. I dealt with Tucker who runs the service department. I brought in my bike for new inner tubes and a clean up, and they went thru the entire bike and fixed whatever was needed, and it looked brand new again! And on top of that, they had it ready for me before the stated pick up date!! The service was great and I highly recommend!!

Great service!! I called in the morning about my sons tire being flat and needing a repair. I stopped in 15 minutes later, Jordan had repaired the tire within 30 minutes and I was on my way. Excellent, friendly people at the Seabrook location! Very pleased with my experience at Western Cycle and will continue to do business there.

To the young man with the Highland Sheep on his T-shirt (which I mistakenly called a Yak), I offer an enormous "Thank You." While I fretted, you maintained a calm demeanor and wonderfully pleasant attitude. I was nervous, cranky, and totally afraid of what I was trying (really wanting) to do — get back on a bike again! You stayed with me till it happened!
To the gentleman in the store who shared his thoughts with us on the differences between the bike we thought we wanted and another one that appeared less daunting, another "Thank You." The difference between those two bikes meant everything!
