I purchased my first Ebike the other day from Western Cycle. We had done some research and went in to see if we could try the bike we had chosen. Upon riding it we decided that was not the right one for me. After listening to what I wanted the bike for, Jamie and a very nice woman( sorry I forgot her name) gave us other suggestions. We test drove a number of other bikes, with no pressure, and were able to decide on the bike that was right for me! I bought and brought my new bike home that day! I have already ridden over 10 miles on my new bike and love it! Thank you for great service.
