I brought my Roubaix bike in on a Sunday. They took a look at it and determined that I needed a new cassette, chain, and tires. Also got some new break pads and a tuneup. Parts came in a few days later and got my bike back by Friday. Ready to ride for the weekend. Good team they're very attentive and customer service oriented. Will be coming back and recommending to family/friends.

Good service. Did everything I asked to do. Was very pleased with service. The person that helped was super kind and compassionate. As I was gifting a bike to a homeless person, who's bike was just stolen. But wanted to make sure it was safe. Thanks so much.
