I called and talked to James at about 10:40am on a Saturday morning. I inquired about the availability of a Gazelle Medeo T9 City ebike. He said he had several but only had a small frame bike assembled. He asked if I wanted them to put a large mallard blue together for me. I said sure and that I was coming from MA and would be there in 2-3 hours. We arrived about 1:30 and the bike was assembled and waiting. When I said I was disappointed with the screw type holder for the seat post he immediately offered to put a quick release clamp type holder on for free since "I drove all the way from MA". Shortly thereafter we left the shop with the Gazelle. So impressed that they did what they said, and with James' great customer service. I went on my first ride a couple of days ago and loving the bike so far. I would not hesitate to recommend the shop to anyone. Thx!! Norm from MA.....
