Staff was very helpful and courteous. Had the specific bike and color we were looking for. Easy to do business with and prices were competitive. Location not the greatest just a very busy area especially next to a Market Basket grocery store.

This group of very courteous young men also advised me correctly as to my choices not in any way emphasizing the need for higher priced purchases. They really know what they are doing in this wonderful bicycle shop! My only suggestion to them is that it would be nice to see some diversification in staff (aged men, handicapped, and some women, etc.) and free mini classes given to the public on emergency bicycle fix-it yourself demands, bicycle path map sleuthing, etc. So glad I found them!

I love the Level 2 Commuter bike! It’s super easy to ride. The service was fantastic, they gave me an overview of the bike and Thule hitch and also attached it for me. I would definitely recommend!!
