They were very helpful. The staff is very kind and attentive. They helped me get exactly what my daughter wanted for a bike and recommended the best lock for her bike. They even helped put it in my vehicle. They only had one bike in stalk that was built of the bike my daughter wanted for her birthday, because it had different more expensive tires on it. They even waived the builders fee because we decided to take the bike with the more expensive better tires then the original ones. If anyone is looking for a bike, I will definitely recommend Western Cycles in Seabrook to all my friends and family and their Danvers location. I had a wonderful experience while there. They answered all my questions, helped me get the exact bike my daughter wanted. Jordan Knowles even held the last bike for me because I was driving a hour away to come pick it up. He was so helpful. I love Trek bikes and that is the only bike I’ve ever raced in. So, I decided to step out of the racing world and just enjoy riding. I love my new Trek FX-3! Thank you! Y’all are the best bike shop around! Hands down!

The sales person was very knowledge and patient. He allowed several test rides, making seat and handle bar adjustments. The Trek discount was big plus as well and located in NH (no sales tax).

I purchased a wonderful bike from the SEABROOK location. Jamie was wonderful and more than one! He was very communicative to make sure that all of my needs and request were met. He was very flexible about picking the bike up and even taking my word and assembling it for me before, I even paid the $50 assembling fee. He gave us a tool to help us adjust the bike if need be. Jamie is a very great guy. I think this bicycle shop will do great. And I wish him the best of luck in the future with his store as these are , pretty amazing bikes as far as I’m concerned. You don’t find many bike shops around here anymore. I highly recommend the store for adults Teens children as well
