I ordered a bike for my husband via the manufacturer’s website. It arrived quickly and I received a call from the bike shop within days to tell me the bike was all put together and ready to be picked up. I called and they offered to attached a kickstand as well as a water bottle holder which I completely forgot about. That was great! Pick up was quick and easy. The store associate even quickly cut and shortened a piece on the bike to make sure it would fit my husband well. A wonderful experience. Thrilled to find such a great bike shop and a local business with amazing customer service!
