I loved having Adam to tour facilities alongside me as my husband was working and unable to...it was so helpful to have another set of eyes and ears to help process all of the information and to help clarify answers to my many important questions. I sincerely believed his goal was to help find the right place for my mother-in-law and that was comforting. Additionally, I appreciated his help in notifying the "other" facilities that we visited once our final choice was made! Thanks Care Patrol!!

Michelle was amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable. She was outstanding at communicating, answering all our questions, helping us with the transition. I would highly recommend Care Patrol.
Jack Horner was always available for me and found my sister a great place to stay until I could transport her home to Michigan.
They are very helpful and patient. They listened and helped find the right kinda of place I was looking for. Also She made sure the move was successful. Continued to check to see if there was anything I needed after. I liked that you didn't feel pressured to make a decision.

Information was sent right away for review. After a discussion about the information tours at facility’s were set up. It was all accomplished within a week which met my request! Very friendly staff.

Working with Adam Grobmyer and Blair who kept in contact throughout on how my mom was doing and offering any type of service, giving us information of prices for facilities. They were a fresh of breath air for it is stressful and strenuous when dealing with a loved parent and watching them decline. They had our back and helped us to make the transition easier on us and I am grateful and appreciate all the effort they put in helping us.
Rich was great. He helped my mom find an amazing place within budget to suit her needs. He took all the research, calls and leg work out for us. He setup tours and even came with us so I was able to write things down and take photos while he pushed my mom around.

On Day 1, I answered questions about our mother's situation on website for my area/location. Also, I called and left message. Within a couple of hours of Day 1, someone returned my call, and we were able to document all necessary information to get started. By the next morning, we had a number of options for us to review, discuss, and decide what to pursue. After deciding, CarePatrol arranged for representatives to come meet and assess my mother's condition and would be care requirements. With such assessments and recommendations, we decided best place to move my mother. Most impressive and incredibly comforting was how CarePatrol made arrangements for moving truck and separate transport of my mother to the new senior facility. This process was seamless, and my mother never saw any of the packing at old room or setting up at new room. She walked into new room as if nothing changed. Only now, she will have the increased nursing care and attendance that necessitated the move. Without doubt, CarePatrol is the GO TO call for professional help when that critical point in time arrives. Thank you so much!
