CarePatrol was extremely helpful in our search for an assisted living facility with immediate vacancy for my sister. Hannah was very quick to provide information about several facilities in the Grand Rapids area, and helped us quickly get zeroed-in on two that we gave serious consideration before choosing one of them.
My two brothers and myself have been watching our mother decline mentally over the past year until we finally realized we had to do something in order to protect her from her self. I reached out to carepatrol and I realized I was in touch with someone who knew what my brothers and me were going through. I had several phone conversations with Ken and he put us at ease knowing he new exactly what we needed for our mother and would set a tour to 4 different memory care facilities that he thought would be the right fit for our mother. Ken made a very important but difficult decision we had to make with care as if it were his own mother. Thanks to Ken we were able to select a great memory care facility for our mother and handled all the necessary paperwork from her doctor to make this all possible. Thanks to care patrol our mother is in a perfect place to take care of all of our mothers needs. Don’t try this difficult task alone call the folks at care patrol they really care and the best part is it did not cost us a dime.

I had no idea where to start looking for elder care for my mom. Allie took great care to find the exact location for my mother that would meet her present needs. She introduced me to the staff and when my mom visited, they loved on her and made her feel special. I would recommend CarePatrol because they do all the leg work and screening of facilities for you. You don't have to deal with the individual facilities yourself. Markie in particular was very caring, asking about our needs and wants to find the best living situations for us. She was always patient and always had time for us and our questions. This is a very stressful time of life, and CarePatrol made the whole experience easier.

I loved working with Kathy Mounce. From the very first phone call I felt like we connected and that she understood situation with our dad. My 3 sisters met her in person first and they immediately liked her as well. They told me that they adopted her into our sisterhood and then I met her too and agree. She is so caring, asks great questions and we 100% trust her judgement. Dad has been at Brighton Gardens for a week now and we know we made the right choice with CarePatrol's help.
Mary Beth was knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic and saved me a lot of time by helping me find facilities I may not have found on my own. Her knowledge and experience simplified what was looking to be an overwhelming task. Without her help, I feel whatever I might have found on my own would not have been anywhere near as good for my wife as where we are now.
We worked with Adam who was very quick to help find placement for our parents. He arranged appointments and attended them with us to help navigate and answer questions. He worked with negotiate a better rate for the room and board as well.
Madison Hayes did a great job explaining all of my options and made the whole process of getting my mom moved into an assisted living facility less stressful. I was feeling overwhelmed with managing the care needs of my mom along with her hospital and rehab stays. Madison eased my mind and the process was seamless.
