CarePatrol was a Godsend! There were no long term care beds for my aunt in the Charlotte area. It was crucial that she be near her sisters and the church. They worked diligently with us to find the perfect place. This is the happiest she has been since she left home. They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. I was surprised to learn I was the POA for Healthcare for a good friend which was activated recently. Bobbi Jo has been very helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with his recent hospitalization and medical issues as well as assisting in the relocation of my friend from his apartment to assisted living. She regularly contacts me to see how things are going and provide guidance on any questions I may have. It's been a great comfort to have Bobbi Jo assisting me in my friend's current health journey.
