If you are looking for a senior living center in west houston, either independent, assisted, or memory care living, I highly recommend Care Patrol. I worked with Nicole White and she has a vast knowledge of the facilities available, their strengths and weaknesses, and has the relationships to guide you through the process and find the right place for you or your loved one. We were in an emergency situation, needing to find an available memory care facility in a matter of just a few days. Nicole actually had us hooked up with an excellent place in less than 24 hours.

I worked with Bonnie for "intake" and Carlos Taylor worked with me "and held my hand" to tour facilities and quickly answer all of my questions. Both of these folks were exceptional. I had to move my father quickly to assisted living and responding to this Carlos was responsive at all hours of the day (and on the weekend). Never having done this before, it was wonderful to have Carlos help with questions and concerns as we toured the facilities. I felt very supported it felt like I was with a friend who was a subject matter expert helping me. I am beyond grateful to Carlos and his expertise, patience and care.

They were able to tell me about options for where my aging parents could live and they helped me get them into a very nice place. They are kind and caring and I really appreciated their knowledge!
