Teresa at Care Patrol is amazing! She helped us during a super difficult time after my mom had a fall and ended up in the hospital and a rehab facility. We contacted Care Patrol to help us find an assisted care/memory care community for my mom. Teresa helped us understand what to look for, set appointments with multiple facilities and even went with us on the tours. Her advice and assistance was vital in our decision process. Care Patrol and Teresa are true angels and they were there for us through the entire process.

Nikki was very responsive to our needs. My sister and I were looking for an assisted living facility for a relative and we needed it very quickly. She understood our needs and went out of her way to be responsive. She gave us several options and at the last minute came up with a facility, which was a perfect fit. She negotiated the price with them and we went to work to get my relative in before he was facing homelessness. I highly recommend Nikki and her associate because they truly care about their customers and the people that they service. They could not have been kinder, more hard-working, and communicative. Five star service.
After I explained our needs they referred me quickly to an agency that would be right for us. Working out really well. They called later to check on us. They made the process way less overwhelming.

Moving a loved one from out of state to Georgia is a multi-layered process and I rely on these guys to help me figure out what to do. Thank you for helping our family at such a difficult time. Our only complaint was with the movers you recommended. We were hoping to have some working relationship with them, but were charged full price to come back and retrieve Dad's chair. $500 plus to move a couple of lamps, a desk, and a recliner ($500 plus the second time), two miles down the road. Over $1,000 was insane. Please find a company that would like to help with the process of emptying the house and selling. We will not be using "grandpas movers."
Working with Kathy Everett-Gaines was easy. She offered location recommendations that met our requirements. She provided location summaries and made all of the necessary arrangements and accompanied us.
I really appreciate how a memory care facility was found for my sister. Being out of state, I was at a loss as to how to find an appropriate facility for her. Then CarePatrol contacted me. I did not know what CarePatrol was, so, I was hesitant to respond. I am glad that I did eventually make contact. My sister seems very content with the placement. I had been at such a low place in my life, trying to figure the best path to take for my husband with Alzheimer’s, myself and our dog. Our home had become too much for me to handle by myself and I was in need of support and guidance. Care Patrol offered just that. With the help of Deana Barone and the Care Patrol Team, I think we’re on the way to a more manageable living situation in a retirement community where most everything is included. We are looking forward to living a more simplistic life. The Care Patrol team listened to my needs, came up with options that they thought might work for us, and patiently escorted me on tours of the different places in which I’d expressed interest. We are scheduled to move in the next month or so and I feel relieved at having a plan in place and am looking forward to our new lifestyle. I am able to see some light at the end of the tunnel thanks to the support of Care Patrol.

It was nice to have tours scheduled one place and get info from one person rather than researching for price and location and such individually.
Steve K. has been an invaluable leader in finding a memory-care facility for my mom. We were a bit unprepared for moving Mom to memory care from home due to a scary, unexpected medical event and hospital stay. But from the moment Steve reached out to help us, we felt a great sense of relief. Steve moved quickly to find the right option for Mom's circumstances and abilities, provided us with the information we needed to feel confident in our selected facility, and even accompanied me to meet with facility staff (AND helped me ask all the right questions since I'd been running on minimal sleep for a week+).
Steve also followed up regularly as Mom was admitted and started settling in at the facility, asking how both she and I were doing during the transition and sharing supportive messages cheering us on. He's friendly, caring, and knowledgeable about the area's facility and resources, and local families are fortunate to have him and CarePatrol for their senior-care needs.
