My father who is 80 had a bad fall and had to go to a rehab for an unknown duration. My father is the primary caregiver for my mother who has dementia and needs full time care. I had to make quick arrangements to get her into a memory care nursing home while my father recovered. Rich Curry was an integral part in making this happen. He diligently searched around the capital region to find a home for my mother. Rich then made arrangements to set up a tour and provided guidance on all of the steps to get her into the nursing home. Rich genuinely showed compassion for our situation and my family and I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone looking for senior care for their loved ones. My request wad handled by Doyle Hull. He listened to what I needed and made suggestions that met those needs. He didn’t recommend anything that was unreasonable or inappropriate for my circumstances. He communicated promptly and through a variety of channels including phone calls, emails, and text messaging. I am very happy with the facility that we eventually decided on and my husband is too.
How super friendly everyone was...from person answering phone and also Deb. Deb helped us narrow our choices down and knew the area plus focused on what Mom was looking for.
So easy!! We immediately felt that Lisa was our friend and family. She worked quickly to help us place Mom in a place that met our needs. Knowing that this can be an overwhelming experience, Lisa attended every visit with us, took notes, and asked questions that we forgot to ask. She then emailed us the notes for reference. Lisa followed up with us after the placement to make sure everything was going well. Another huge help was that Lisa’s relevant experience helped us understand what we were going through, what we were feeling and why, and reassurance that it was all normal. 100% trust in Lisa!!
