CarePatrol helped us locate not only a facility, but a part of town close to family so they could easily visit. The facility itself has everything! Chef prepared meals, activities, outings, hair salon, bingo, happy hour, a comedian, different therapies......it has it all. Our family member is thriving!

CarePatrol was very proactive in selecting the new facility for my mom and getting her moved. Took care of the details of coordinating with where she was and where she was moving to. Also kept us up to date during the move, so we could coordinate. Felt we all were in good hands the whole time. Would definitely recommend!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Care Patrol, especially Steve. When we were faced with the difficult and emotional process of finding my father a memory care unit on very short notice, Steve was there every step of the way.
He took the time to truly listen, understand my father's needs, and help us navigate what could have been an overwhelming process. He made such a stressful and emotional situation so much easier. His guidance ultimately brought my father to a place where he is safe and well taken care of.

Care Patrol has been absolutely fabulous. They helped my mom initially find an ALF for my father. They then helped my husband and I find a place for my father in law. They take the guesswork out of an already emotionally-difficult situation. They truly “have your back” and there is really something to say about that feeling of security that they provide. Before working with Elisa and Bruce, I had no idea a business like this existed. Now that I know they are there, I would never advise anyone to go about the process alone. Why would you? I cant thank these guys enough for the help that they have provided in our 2-1/2 year course trying to facilitate placement for our parents! They waited patiently on us as things kept changing. They worked with us as our parents were having difficulities making decisions and then following through on them. I have worked with many at CarePatrol over the years, starting with Jenna. Lastly, I have worked with Erica who has been so supportive and handled many things for me as things turned quickly for our situation.
