Megan has been invaluable as we have searched for a facility, and the move took place last week. CarePatrol is an excellent organization. I am very thankful for all the work that CarePatrol provided in helping find an assisted living place that met our needs. The visited my family members, listened to our concerns and answered our questions. All will being patient and caring for our loved ones. We had no clue what we were doing or needed at first. But after a few calls and visits, we had a clear understanding of what we should be looking for.

Responsiveness and compassion

CarePatrol was extremely helpful in our search for an assisted living facility with immediate vacancy for my sister. Hannah was very quick to provide information about several facilities in the Grand Rapids area, and helped us quickly get zeroed-in on two that we gave serious consideration before choosing one of them.

My two brothers and myself have been watching our mother decline mentally over the past year until we finally realized we had to do something in order to protect her from her self. I reached out to carepatrol and I realized I was in touch with someone who knew what my brothers and me were going through. I had several phone conversations with Ken and he put us at ease knowing he new exactly what we needed for our mother and would set a tour to 4 different memory care facilities that he thought would be the right fit for our mother. Ken made a very important but difficult decision we had to make with care as if it were his own mother. Thanks to Ken we were able to select a great memory care facility for our mother and handled all the necessary paperwork from her doctor to make this all possible. Thanks to care patrol our mother is in a perfect place to take care of all of our mothers needs. Don’t try this difficult task alone call the folks at care patrol they really care and the best part is it did not cost us a dime.
