For the limited amount of time I was in touch with Ashley, I was very pleased with how responsive she was to any questions we had. It was also a big plus to have her with us as we toured two facilities. She also provided information we did not know about regarding other avenues of funding for which we could apply. I learned upon contacting Ashley that she had already been helping my friend find assisted living months earlier but had lost contact with her. It was great to see Ashley take up where they had left off.

CarePatrol was a Godsend! There were no long term care beds for my aunt in the Charlotte area. It was crucial that she be near her sisters and the church. I was surprised to learn I was the POA for Healthcare for a good friend which was activated recently. Bobbi Jo has been very helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with his recent hospitalization and medical issues as well as assisting in the relocation of my friend from his apartment to assisted living.
