I liked the knowledge and the care that Danielle took with my family. She made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. She was really understanding and patient and was with me every step of the way. This was a hard decision and even though I changed my mind a couple of times, Danielle was always just a phone call away. I also liked how she met me at the places and toured them with me. I feel less stressed and more free than I have in a couple of years. I don’t know what I would have done without Care Patrol.

My sister and I were assisting our parents in North Carolina while our dad was in and out of the hospital and rehab. Melanie took the time over several weeks to gently guide us through the options of assisted living and care options for mom. She was available anytime for much needed encouraging words when needed. She went beyond scheduling tours, she was an advocate for us and we are so thankful.

We highly recommend Jen Smith and Care Patrol! She was very knowledgeable and supportive while we had to make the transition of our sister in law to a memory care facility. She was by our side as we toured facilities and helped us to make a final decision with which we’ve been very happy and satisfied. Her empathetic attitude and compassion when following up on our concerns is so helpful and appreciated. She is very resourceful in identifying community services for her client. They were efficient and effective. They listened to the needs I expressed and made recommendations appropriately. They then followed up in accompanying visitations to various facilities.

She listened to the information I shared about them in a separate conversation and tailored our options to the points I made during our talk.
