Thank you for your help in getting my brother, Thomas Bringhurst, into Sonata.
The intention was for him was to get him walking again after his heart by-pass surgery. He
called me earlier today and he was disgruntled, claiming no Doctor or re-hab nurse has
been to see him plus his precious medications were seized in particular his eye drops because his vision is fading and he needs those drops.This is his 8th day at your facility.
I got a call this morning from Sonata and whatever language she spoke was foreign to me.
Possibly Creole but totally impossible to understand. I asked her to have someone who speaks
English to call me back and no one did.
I did get a call from Marsha and she said she would check on Thomas. My brother is NOT
in Sonata to piece together jig-saw puzzles or play bingo. He needs to be able to walk
again.
Ay assistance would be appreciated otherwise Thomas can sleep in his own bed at his home.

I was referred to CarePatrol by Renee Mills LSW at UT Health and Claudette Rochelle at Encompass in Sugar Land. Unfortunately, we were in a huge rush - which isn't that unusual - to find a suitable assisted living for my husband.
I spoke first to Kathryn Scott - who referred me to Quinn. Quinn was so helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Both of us were so impressed and relieved. (Matt, our older son, was with me throughout the process).
They work with you where your needs are.
Jennifer was so caring, thorough and attentive. She was super knowledgeable and responsive and went above and beyond to educate me and help with resources for my Mom's future. Super grateful, she is a wonderful asset to your team!
My older brother had by-pass surgery and then went to rehab. He requires assistance in regaining his ability to simply walk. He checked in on Wednesday and I have not been
able to speak to him.
I can only assume he is getting proper sleep and meals. I can be contacted by Amanda

how he is doing. I did not hear back from her as of yet.

Andrea helped us navigate all the unknowns of finding a senior living community for my parents.
