She also helped me with financial resources and made me aware of services and programs that I had no idea were available to us. That Caressa was truly caring but also honest and took time to get to know our family, situation, and parent needing care in order to help us find the right fit. When the first choice didn't work out, Caressa put in so much effort to help us get issues resolved and find dad's current home, which he loves. It's such a good feeling!
