Great service and the bike was repaired in a very timely manor. When we got the bike home my son was very happy that he was able to shift through all of the gears on his bike. The service department even went through the rest of his bike to make sure everything was adjusted properly.

We dropped in an hour before closing and the technician was able to replace a tire, tube and give a safety inspection to our older bike. We appreciated to courteous effort.

Felt confident the young man who checked in our bikes was very attentive to detail and cared about getting them fixed. He knew what he was talking about. Appreciated that he mentioned we might want to consider new bikes but really appreciated there was no hard sales pressure which makes it more likely we will be back in the future for new bikes.
I dopped off my bike to have a shifter replaced, they found a used one in back and had it fixed the next day. The bike shifts smooth, I'm extremely pleased with my first visit with the new crew.
