If you're looking at older posts of more than a year ago, you need to know that this company is under new ownership although Chris was wise enough to retain the staff that had been there.

Chris and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to see that your decision to visit St Joseph Bicycle Company is a quality experience. I have purchased a Trek bicycle and several biking accessories like computers and shoes from this business and have always been impressed by the staff's willingness to inform and educate me on all the products and services I've purchased or considered purchasing.

On my most recent visit, Chris spent over 20 minutes successfully pairing a pulse monitor that I hadn't purchased from him with a bike computer that I had purchased from him.
I knew that when I was ready to get the two items paired, that I could count on Chris to take care it for me... Without any out-of-pocket cost!!!

In short: knowledgeable staff, a great selection of accessories and high quality bikes of all types for all ages and budgets.

Fair price and great service. Very helpful. I haven’t messed with repairing or replacing a tire in about a decade so glad there was a local shop within riding distance to help me out.

I was very pleased with the attention I was given during a recent visit to decide upon a pair of bike shoes. It required several trips to the backroom for various sizes until the perfect size was found. Chris was patient and helped me pick out the appropriate style. Great service!
