Great service!

I bought a new computer for bike and while it was working fine when I left store, I had problems at home. Because we live some distance away from the store, I called and talked with Devin, a young man in the service dept. Over the phone he walked me through the steps needed to be taken. He was extraordinarily patient as I struggled to get the right sequences correct. End result was a working computer coupled with an appreciation for a bike store having someone knowledgeable about its products with the ability and willingness to educate from a distance.

They are very knowledgeable on bike repair and maintenance and do a thorough job every time!

I brought my bike in for a pre-season tune-up, I explained what I wanted done to Devin and also asked about my front sprockets which exhibited rust. He explained that the best course of action woul be to replace them. He gave me a price for the work broken down by each portion. The work was done much sooner than I expected. I picked up the bike two days after I had left it. I am impressed by the entire encounter. Thanks!

Haven’t gotten to ride it yet, but it’s the first place I have taken a bike for a tuneup and cleaning, where I got it back and you could tell the drive train was cleaned.

I've been trading with the shop for 45 years under three different owners and have never had any problems. Alll told, I've bought 9 bikes over the years and never had any complaints. Keep doing what you doing.

Chris was great! He stayed open a bit later to make sure I had everything I needed, and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Even walked me out to the car and helped me get the bike in. Would definitely recommend!
