Felt confident the young man who checked in our bikes was very attentive to detail and cared about getting them fixed. He knew what he was talking about. Appreciated that he mentioned we might want to consider new bikes but really appreciated there was no hard sales pressure which makes it more likely we will be back in the future for new bikes.
I dopped off my bike to have a shifter replaced, they found a used one in back and had it fixed the next day. The bike shifts smooth, I'm extremely pleased with my first visit with the new crew.

Saint Joseph Bicycle Company is the best! Good variety and excellent selection of bicycles. It really is one stop shopping because of the cycling accessories that are available as well. Chris G is very knowledgeable and takes the time to find out what kind of bike will be the best fit in terms of riding and comfort. SJ Bicycle Company also does repair and tuneups, which is a big plus. They are service oriented and carry quality products. Very happy having a store of this caliber here in SJ.
