Chris, Devin, and Ben were so helpful with getting my wheelchair tires / tubes installed on the rims. Then afterwards, Devin went above and beyond by helping me get rid of an annoying squeak on the right side of the chair! I will definitely recommend this shop to family & friends! Brought in older bike for review of various issues. Service manager spent time then to look over bike, determine likely problems and give me a complete price estimate and date when completion would be expected. When I returned, all issues had been addressed and the price was consistent with estimate.

Chris Gola, the owner, and the bike mechanic, Devin, are focused on customer service and problem-solving. Chris spent a lot of time checking my bike fit and comfort, while Devin made sure my bike was in perfect working condition. It's hard to find this kind of service and meticulous attention to detail in any business these days, so my husband and I are certainly fans.
