Devin did a great job in determining what parts needed to be replaced on my Trek 520 road bike. A new rear gear cassette, brake pads, and tires were replaced making the bike like new again. All parts were replaced and the bike tuned up within a matter of a couple of days.

Chris placed the bike on their test stand and determined the correct seat height while I was on the bike to maximize power while not risking injury.

All were done at a reasonable price.

Great staff - I found my new Bike shop!

Great experience and the new salesperson on the floor was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I like the new atmosphere of the store with the addition of the TVs and a sitting area.

Super great people, Chris and Deven -- no pressure, very knowledgeable. I went in several times to check out their e-bikes. Took me several months to decide. Chris knew the other brands I was considering and did not criticize any of them and told me they could service them outside of the motor of course due to not being an authorized dealer. I felt like I was having an honest conversation and he wasn't trying to sell me on Trek. A big selling point after the quality of the product is that St. Joseph Bicycle Co. is local and I like neighborhood connections versus buying online, with such an important purchase.
