Service manager spent time then to look over bike, determine likely problems and give me a complete price estimate and date when completion would be expected. When I returned, all issues had been addressed and the price was consistent with estimate.

Chris Gola, the owner, and the bike mechanic, Devin, are focused on customer service and problem-solving. Chris spent a lot of time checking my bike fit and comfort, while Devin made sure my bike was in perfect working condition. It's hard to find this kind of service and meticulous attention to detail in any business these days, so my husband and I are certainly fans.

Great service and the bike was repaired in a very timely manor. When we got the bike home my son was very happy that he was able to shift through all of the gears on his bike. The service department even went through the rest of his bike to make sure everything was adjusted properly.
