Staff is friendly and helpful. However, after I got home, I can no longer remove my wheel from the bike after they changed out the tires. Have a small car, this isn't going to work out so well.

Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of information about products and was quick to recommend things, but he was never pushy about trying to make my purchase any particular thing.

I came in thinking I wanted to modify my old bike to fit me better. Chris was very accommodating and knowledgeable, as he brought out parts that could accomplish what I asked for. He was patient as I changed my mind and added parts. He priced everything out for me, so I would know the total cost. I then shifted gears and asked him about new bikes. He allowed me to test ride a couple bikes that fit my request, and I decided to buy a new bike. He did not pressure me into that decision at all, but made sure I had all the information I needed to make my decision, and was very patient as I took some time to get to my conclusion.

If you're looking at older posts of more than a year ago, you need to know that this company is under new ownership although Chris was wise enough to retain the staff that had been there.

Chris and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to see that your decision to visit St Joseph Bicycle Company is a quality experience. I have purchased a Trek bicycle and several biking accessories like computers and shoes from this business and have always been impressed by the staff's willingness to inform and educate me on all the products and services I've purchased or considered purchasing.

On my most recent visit, Chris spent over 20 minutes successfully pairing a pulse monitor that I hadn't purchased from him with a bike computer that I had purchased from him.
I knew that when I was ready to get the two items paired, that I could count on Chris to take care it for me... Without any out-of-pocket cost!!!

In short: knowledgeable staff, a great selection of accessories and high quality bikes of all types for all ages and budgets.
