Chris was very knowledgeable about his products. He answered all our questions, spent as much time with us as we needed. He is very friendly and made us feel comfortable in our bike shopping. We had Trek bikes since the 90’s and when we decided to upgrade to e-bikes there was no question we would get Treks again, they’re the best.
