Angela with Care Patrol was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during a difficult time trying to figure out possible memory care for my wife. She set up tours of different facilities for me and help me figure out the differences. I ended up caring for my wife at home but the information that I received from Angela was invaluable. Cindy does a great job and is very caring about what she does. I am lucky to have met her as she has been such a big help. Cindy is the best.
Alyssa was so kind, knowledgeable, and informative!! She understood our budget and worked hard to find something we were all comfortable with. She also was available to look at the different facilities at any time of the week and even on weekends. She is so sweet and understanding. She made this whole process less stressful!!❤️❤️
CarePatrol was very helpful and knowledgeable in this particular field. They provided alot of information regarding the various types of facilities etc. They were also proactive in helping set up appointments to visit facilities and followed up as needed throughout the process. We had a few calls with Care Patrol and each one was insightful and helped tremendously in our evaluation and ultimate selection of a facility for our loved one.

Mike Awadalla is very knowledgeable, patient and caring and he was always available to us at every step. He obviously loves his job helping families find a good placement for their loved ones. Mike helped us with finding the best Assisted Living Facility for our Mom and when she needed more care, we went back to him to help us find a great Board and Care facility for her.

We had an excellent experience with CarePatrol of Northern Arizona when needing to help my aunt find an assisted living place after surgery. Michelle and her team went out of their way to help us, from on-site tours to prospective places and prompt text replies, to actually helping us move my aunt’s furniture Truly, above and beyond! I also appreciated their honest counsel about the various options before us. With that, we were able to find the best solution for my aunt.

Moving parents to an assisted living facility is emotional and difficult. Julie made the move easier with her empathetic way she talked with our parents showing understanding of how hard this decision is.

Help guide you through Waters you do not know felt very inspired by the whole process of helping people put care into what she did could tell it was more than just a job for her I also talking to my girlfriend and told her I thought it was good idea that she saw if they have job openings she has a job she gets paid good but but she is a speech pathologist and she always liked when she was working with older people helping them
They were very helpful in arranging for visiting memory care and assisted living facilities. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and also brought out other points that provided additional helpful discussion.
