I met Dianne on accident at a residential care home I was touring. The caregiver was busy with another person touring, so Dianne took me around and gave me her card. We were getting pretty desperate to find a place for my Mom and thought we'd seen all the options. I reached out to Dianne and she sent us 4 places, then even toured them with us. My mom is a tough one to place because she is very disabled, but is sharp as a tack. Anyway, Dianne weeded out the ones that weren't appropriate for Mom so we were able to find a spot in one afternoon. Hopefully, we won't need her again, but will definitely recommend to others.
They gave me options for places to send my dad for care. I went and checked them out then picked the one best for his needs.
My consultant listened to me and researched a variety of communities. She set up an appointment for tours at each place, and joined me at each appointment. She was thorough and patient, and invested in our family needs.

Kerry took the time to thoroughly understand the situation with my mom; both her needs and the family’s desires for her care. Most importantly, he communicated with me often and in a timely manner. He made himself available day and night, especially with the time difference with me being in Kentucky and my mom, and the rest of family, being in Oregon. He assured me that the only facilities he was looking at were highly rated and would take exceptional care of my mom.

Deb Scholl, of Care Patrol, has been such an enormous blessing, helping us find the perfect housing options for my elderly parents twice as our needs have evolved. In addition to her friendly nature and invaluable advice, Deb provides an enormous knowledge of area vendors to assist in all areas of elder care, be it transportation needs, moving and packing assistance, walkers and wheel chairs, etc. Calling Care Patrol was the best thing I did, when faced with the enormous task of managing my elderly parents’ next phase.
Nicole worked so well with us, she did not sugar coat and talked honestly to us. She accompanied us on tours of assisted livings and told us what to look for and what to ask. She was very professional. This process is emotionally difficult but with her help things went smoothly and we we safely moved my mom in to a beautiful and safe setting.
Holly Curry was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful with sharing her expertise and enable us to find the best possible place for our parents. Really a wealth of information on a process and considerations we had no experience navigating. She was great at follow through and gently guiding us to make decisions with and for our aging parents.
Erin was very helpful in explaining the process to start looking into assisted living facilities. She interviewed me to determine conditions/needs, and them suggested facilities that would be a good fit for me. She arranged tours of desired facilities and met with staff and assisted with questions/answers. She was also very helpful with the move in process and helped with coaching family members as the move in occurred over a few days' time.

Thalmus was absolutely outstanding during a very stressful and time-sensitive situation for our family. We had just a couple of days to find assisted living for our parents, and he immediately stepped in to help. He had four facilities lined up for us to consider, making the process organized, efficient, and much less overwhelming.
Thanks to his knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism, we were able to get our parents placed in an assisted living facility within a week. Having someone who understood the process and could move quickly made all the difference for our family.
