CarePatrol's Sherri Coates has been a godsend in a remarkably difficult time for my family. She is so knowledgable about the inner workings of all the local memory care facilities (information I could never have found on my own) that she quickly helped cull my list from 13 to 6 places, then set up appointments at all six and went along for the tours, sharing information along the way and her impressions afterward. When it became apparent we had to move quickly, she was already on board and made that process so much less stressful. She also had great recommendations for related businesses, and helped bump us up to the top of the list for a relocation/moving company. That fact that CarePatrol is free to families is a huge added plus. 10/10 would recommend.
Rochelle is kind, supportive and importantly, knowledgeable. She has assisted our family twice with difficult placements. The companies with which she works are a reflection of her high standards. Our Care Patol representative was patient and listened to our care needs. She recommended a few options, not to overwhelm, both were excellent and we selected the best fit for us. Jenny asked us for Mom’s preferences and found facilities for us to tour. She has the patience of Job and demonstrated her skill set in guiding us in obtaining information. She also followed up even at times that were likely inconvenient for her.

The perfect solution for visiting and choosing the correct facility for our loved one. Helping my husband and I to understand how the ALF’s work, what they are like, and the cost. Willing to answer any questions we had. Went above and beyond to inform us of our loved one’s situation. Very aware there is a back story which needs to be considered dealing with a potential resident and their needs. Appreciated Julie having my sister’s best interest at heart. We highly recommend Care Patrol for anyone needing help finding a reputable Assisted Living facility.
Searching for care for an aging parent with dementia is so stressful, and Deb swooped in an lifted the stress. She took charge of the situation, was honest, made herself available for us last minute, and now we've landed in a beautiful facility for my mom. Not a only do I love the facility we selected, but it fits my mom's needs. Deb's communication skills exceed all expectations, and I've told everyone who will listen to me that they should work with Deb and CarePatrol when the time comes to make these decisions for aging parents.

I was feeling extremely overwhelmed before I found Wendy with CarePatrol. She was referred to me by a social worker at a rehab facility in Cambridge, as I struggled to locate the right assisted living facility for my uncle on relatively short notice. From the moment I started working with Wendy, I knew I was in good hands. She patiently listened to my hopes and concerns and gave me invaluable advice on how to identify the right facility for our family. She met in person with my uncle who wanted to be included, but struggles to remember past conversations or understand the process. The care and respect with which she addressed him and answered his questions were incredibly sensitive to his unique character; he responded in kind to her respectful approach. She also accompanied me while I toured facilities and when she could not be there, she connected me with the relevant person on staff.
