Because I live on the other side of the country, Angel researched and personally visited facilities on my behalf, even giving me virtual tours so I could feel confident in the process. More importantly, she took the time to personally visit with my brother and was there to help make his transition as smooth and comfortable as possible.
The facility Angel found has truly been the perfect fit. The structured routine and staff trained to support residents with dementia have helped my brother settle in and thrive. It also turned out to be one of the more cost-effective options, which was an added blessing.

I didn't know such a thing existed. It was great because when I outlined what we were looking for, they know about all the homes in the area and already have an idea of what they do and don't offer. Wo we had 3 one day and 3 the next day and found the one that is just great for mom. They listened and introduced me and got the talking going. I liked that my caseworker was super understanding and listened. I was worried and stressed out becuse I didn't know anything about assisted living. She let me tell her what was going on and then made suggestions on what we could do. She did all the research and then sent me numerous possible matches that would fit our parents needs and budget. She then made the appointments and also attended those appointments with me. I loved that I was able to text with my worker whenever I had questions. I never felt alone in the process. We were able to find our parents the perfect place. I highly recommend CarePatrol and will definitely recommend their services to others.

Carepatrol was helping us look for a new living accommodations. One was reluctant and the other wanted to move. Later my father was diagnosed with cancer. We need some place fast. They recommended Danbury and started the smooth transition. My father passed early Friday. He had the care needed to make his final days peaceful. Thank you CarePatrol

Mike Link was so responsive especially considering I established contact from another state (DE) and set up an initial viewing with my Dad, brother and myself the day I got into Ohio. But within weeks we managed to get my Dad into a facility matching his needs!
