Mike Link was amazing!!!!!! He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was so clueless, but he guided me and did ALL the work because I had never done this before. He's very easy to talk and I have only known him for a short time, but I feel like he's family. We were able to find the perfect home for my mom and she's very happy!!! He was with me every step of the way and I could not thank him enough. You can tell that he loves his job. Thank you Mike! Love you!!!

Not only did they give help with care, they provided leads to private, 24/7 homecare that was needed. They helped organize the move, contacted a Mobile doctor to verify condition of my wife prior to moving, contacted the medical transport service, they helped me getting
the meds that were needed, they did so much for us, and without their unbelievable help and knowledge, we
would still be struggling!

Bobbi Jo was extremely emphatic, helpful and helped us to quickly navigate finding care for our Mom on a tight deadline. She saved us much time by identifying care homes with openings and walking us through the process. Her help to us was invaluable.

Well when I was referred to Care patrol I didn't know what to expect, but when I met Ron Braun he put a whole new meaning to carin,g kindness, compassion, he helped us find the right place for our cousin no matter how long it took. My mother had fallen and needed to go into assisted living ASAP. My sister and I had no idea which way to turn. Thankfully, we were given one of your brochures. I called Deana and she immediately put our minds at ease. She met with us, educated us on the ins and outs of different types of facilities and set up several tours of assisted living facilities. She even joined us on the tours! I was so nice having a warm and compassionate person navigating this challenging journey for us.
We had not heard of Care Patrol, and were put in touch with them through a nurse at the UC Health Hospital in Greeley, CO. My mother had fallen and was in the hospital. We all agreed it was time for her to move to assisted living. Kate B. with Care Patrol was amazing, quickly setting up appointments for my wife and me to tour several senior facilities in Ft. Collins and Greeley. She was very responsive to our needs and very knowledgeable about the various facilities we visited. Her advice and expertise were indispensable. I would recommend Care Patrol most highly to anyone seeking care for an elderly family member.

There’s so much to navigate with elder care and living and it can be overwhelming. Care Patrol was attentive to our needs and helped us navigate through finding the right facilities. Plus, they are a wealth of resources to other specialists like for VA elder care benefits and more. All of these avenues were daunting as a non expert trying to do it by myself. Once I started working with Care Patrol things went much smoother and I felt like I had a team around me. Alicia was so kind to check in with me often, meet with me at facilities for tours, and was always there to answer questions or listen to my needs. I wish I had known about them sooner!
Care Patrol seems to be current on what is available, and what prices are. They seems sincerely motivated to make the best connection for the family an the person being placed. They have enormous patience.

Jennifer was such a great resource for me and my mother in our search for a senior community. Jennifer asked us so many great questions to get to know my mother and her needs and wants.
