Annie and Gaurie are amazing to work with! I don't know what my family would have done without them. We were struggling to find a resource for my dad with dementia. They were quick to find locations and resources for us. My dad did well at the first facility but soon need more care than the facility could provide. Once again, the ladies were quick to find other locations for my dad to possibly stay. We narrowed down a wonderful place, and my dad is thriving and doing much better. CarePatrol is such a n amazing resource for families when car is needed for loved ones.

Jennifer was terrific! She was always there to answer questions and set up appointments with facilities for us. She gave us a wide range of places that would meet dad's needs. Having worked with Jennifer in the past, I expected great service and she did not disappoint! We are very please with the service we got through CarePatrol.

My Death Doula Kristin recommended Care Patrol, and they were able to assist us in getting my friend in a board and care at extremely short notice, they handled the transfer of Hospice and smoothed over the process, they acted with the best interest of my friend George who is 100yrs old, he is in much better place now, receiving the care and attention he requires. Kerry Nelson stayed with us for the entire process of finding an assisted living facility for my brother and his wife.

Everyone was extremely professional, considerate, compassionate, and responsive. CarePatrol worked with a very tight timeline and followed up every step of the way. I would have been lost without them and my elderly mother's hospital/skilled nursing/assisted living/Hospice transitions would have been exceedingly stressful. Highly recommend this team to anyone going through eldercare issues.

Michelle Kiel has been an invaluable resource and help to me and my family. She went out of her way to show genuine kindness and concern as we relocated my grandmother. Michelle was incredibly attentive and invested, and gave so much of her time and energy to ensure my family felt supported during a difficult time. She called, texted, emailed, visited at the hospital, and arranged tours of different facilities. I had a great experience with Makayla. She visited us in the hospital and guided us through getting into a rehab and then to assisted living.
She scheduled visits at the places in our price range and ones that had availablity.
She knew the right questions to ask for my aunts specific needs.
I could not have navigated this experience without her.

Navigating through frustrating situations with Hospital Administration, social workers and doctors who didn't treat our mother with dignity or even take the time to listen to our concerns and requests for assistance and service or even make themselves available to answer questions without my sister in law advocating and being the person who brought Annie and Guari in would have led to more heartbreak and delay of proper care for out mother.

Annie and Guari are so compassionate and in my opinion truly go above and beyond to be sure our mother would receive the finest care available at a place who reflect those valuable traits as well.

I'm forever grateful for Annie and Guari.
