Ruthie was a wealth of information, contacts and emotional support when my sister was hospitalized with dementia. I live in Calif. so had no contacts in Chicago regarding this unexpected medical diagnosis. I had to get guardianship and find an appropriate facility for her to be placed within a short period of time. Ruthie provided me with several living options within our price range. She also helped me obtain legal advice, real estate assistance, cleaning out and moving help. She is a gem and I'm grateful that the hospital contacted her on behalf of my sister. She knows everyone in the business of support for seniors, particularly with dementia issues. I highly recommend her to any families facing this challenging situation.
The staff was very friendly. They kept me informed.. They set up visits. I liked that they showed up at the homes and asked questions. Everyone was very supportive.
We had a wonderful guide, Susy Farris, who made arrangements for us to see different places for our friend. She did a great job and we found the perfect place! It was nice to have arrangements preset and no pressure of having to pay someone. It is a great service for seniors! Thank you.

So very responsive to all the factors involved in placement of s loved one:
- Providing a wealth of information and education on options, costs, availabilities, services . . . +
- Thoughtful, kind, direct collection of information about needs and finances and fitting that to availabilities
- Emotional support through the process, even visiting the facilities with us
- Quick connection through texting with answers to questions and concerns, being in contact with case manager and acting as an advocate for information and family’s needs
- Always patient and assuring us we were not asking for too much help even when we needed a lot.

First of all, Traci Nelson went out of her way to help me find a beautiful adult family care home for my 90 year old mother. She and an associate (Jasmine)checked in with me after we got Mom moved to make sure everything was okay. Traci had four homes for me to check out and everything went smoothly. She asked questions that I hadn't even thought of when we checked out each home. Traci is a real sweetheart and a very delightful person, who made this process go great. Thank you so much!
Kristen was very helpful. She was patient in visiting with us & listening to us. She came up with 3 very good options for us. She was patient as we took our time at each option. We did end up choosing one of the options and feel like it was the right one for my mom. Kristin is very professional & we are very appreciative of her service. We would not have known where to start.

End to end help, excellent referrals for needed services such as relocating a parent, familiar with staff at every facility we visited and the key differentiators of each, proactive in every step of the practice, easy to talk to and access, reaches out let you know she is there to help at each step of the process. Quick, efficient and manages the process as opposed to handing out a list of to-dos.
