Our local advisor, Gabby, was absolutely amazing—compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to understand not just our needs, but also the personality and preferences of our parents. She carefully screened several options, explained everything clearly, and even went with us on tours of the communities they recommended. Gabby also ran interference for us so we didn't have to field 100s of phone calls, texts, or emails. She remained the contact for the facilities until we were ready to sign.
What really stood out was how safe and supported we felt throughout the whole process. Gabby had detailed knowledge of each facility’s care history, and she was honest and transparent about what would be a good fit for our situation—not just what was available. Our experience with CarePatrol helped us to navigate a very difficult road in finding the proper care for my mom that we could actually afford! I’m not sure how we would have arrived at the place we are now without them. My mom is in a beautiful Board and Care that is meeting all of her needs while truly treating her like family! Moving a parent out of their longtime home and into a care facility is an incredibly emotional process. Amy and CarePatrol where absolutely wonderful to work with and alleviated so much of the stress and strain. Amy researched all the potential communities that were a fit for my father and provided information and tours of all facilities. She was very respectful of our time and made all the tours incredibly convenient and pleasant. My dad is now in a better place, is happier, healthier and looks better than he has in many years. I feel very fortunate to have had Amanda Russo of Care Patrol guide me through the process of choosing an assisted living facility for my loved one. Choosing to put my family member into a facility was the most difficult decision I have ever made. But Amanda was professional, empathetic, and so extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to come to a decision. She was with me every step of the way, from setting up tour appointments, to helping me ask the right questions, to understanding that our life situation was in no way my fault, and that I should not feel guilty for making tough decisions that are best for my family.

Megan did an excellent job. It's hard to pin point any 1 thing- because everything from beginning -to the place we pick for my wife was top notch. and may sound strange- but one of the things I liked best-- Was-- When she didn't know the answer to something- she was willing to not only say she didn't know-and would try and get the right an answer... She did exactly that and in a timely fashion. and there was very little she didn't know.
When a person like me is going thru one of the hardest things- they ever gone thru-
( 39 years) Rita and I have never been apart more the 2-3 weeks in total) last thing a person needs- Is a know it all -who doesn't know it all... or an arrogant person.
Outside of "excellent in the job she was doing" she herself was awesome... made it much more easier too look at facilities when it wasn't easy at all.
