Tracy Toomer is the best. Tracy walked me through the process and was there at every step. We met over coffee several times and Tracy would lay out the process step by step. We visited several locations together and Tracy was right there answering questions and advising about each location.

Prompt, kind, knowledgeable, highly responsive. Sherri and Sara have been fantastic. They did in 2 days what would have taken me weeks to do on my own. They were honest and up front about which facilities were not going to suit my dad and why even if they were closer to my home. I had some specific requests and they narrowed down my search to a handful of facilities to begin exploring, made the appointments to tour and then came with me on the tours. They served as an advocate/intermediary for me as we made arrangements to proceed with an apartment at a place we liked. Today is move in day and it wouldn’t have happened as smoothly as it did without Care Patrol.

We met in-person with Julie at our house. We were overwhelmed with everything to consider for my father's dementia and declining physical abilities. Julie easily explained all the options and was very knowledgeable about all the assisted living memory care facilities in the area.
