Sally was the best with everything during the process of moving my mom to an ALF. She met with us at a few places and toured them, gave some positives and negatives of each one. She really eased my mom's feeling of abandonment by going to a facility and not home. Just a wonderful human being!

This is the first time my brother and I have personally gone through this situation, and I wish we knew about CarePatrol sooner. We contact Chris and the moment we met him you could tell he genuinely cared about finding the right place for our mom. TAMARA!! She is knowledgeable in her space. compassionate and kind. I was lost and feeling desperate with my stepfather's complex dementia case, she took an hour on Memorial Day to talk to me and walk me through my best next steps. She met me and my mom in person and we talked more and she stayed closely with us as an advocate in this process as my stepfather was placed in an amazing facility! It has been an incredible turn for him for the better!

For the limited amount of time I was in touch with Ashley, I was very pleased with how responsive she was to any questions we had. It was also a big plus to have her with us as we toured two facilities. She also provided information we did not know about regarding other avenues of funding for which we could apply. I learned upon contacting Ashley that she had already been helping my friend find assisted living months earlier but had lost contact with her. It was great to see Ashley take up where they had left off.
Heather Wilson was a rock star! She helped with assisted living a mover and an auctioneer. She was an awesome advocate for us. I would recommend CarePatrol to anyone who needs help with a loved one.
Our representative Erika Steele Jacobs was amazing and so kind and helpful. I don't know that we would have figured out all of this without her. She listened and offered all the help out there. I would recommend her to EVERYONE. 10 out of 10 for sure.

I had an outstanding experience with CarePatrol of South Denver. I reached out on May 20th and received a response the very same day. Tracy Bowman, MSML, BSW, Senior Placement Specialist, immediately stepped in, assessed my mother’s needs, and identified two Memory Care communities she was eligible for. She scheduled tours right away and even joined me on each visit, which made a tremendous difference.
Tracy also supported my father throughout the entire process, helping him understand what to expect and easing the emotional load. Thanks to her guidance and responsiveness, we were able to place my mother in a suitable Memory Care community within just two weeks — and all of this came at no cost to our family.
