Lori invested many hours in helping our family find both an immediate and a long term solution for the care for my parents. She has access to invaluable information, many connections in many areas, and years of experience in helping people navigate what can feel like a series of overwhelming decisions. Lori invested a lot of time in my parents in order to get to know them and understand their needs and wishes. Not only did she go on all of the tours with us, but she took time both before and after the tours to share her knowledge and answer all of our questions. It truly helped me, but more importantly, it helped my parents in making such a big decision for themselves. Lori has been absolutely priceless to us!
Amber Hintz was absolutely amazing! And I mean AMAZING! She made the process of getting my Dad into an assisted living stress less. Even still checks in with me to see if I need anything!! I've told pretty much everyone I know about their program! I don't know what I would have done without her.
We unexpectedly found out that we had a very short time to find an assisted living situatuion for my mom, who was expecting to return to her apartment. We were referred to Rami at CarePatrol and she was great. She quickly found and recommended three options for us, which we visited the next day. We decided on one and my mom moved in two days ago. Earlier this morning, my wife spoke with her on the phone and remarked to me how happy my mom said she was. Frankly, I was surprised to hear that. Thanks Rami of CarePatrol.

Kerry Nelson is so knowledgable. He gets straight to work to find the best fit for your elderly loved one. He goes above and beyond. We were in a crazy situation where we had to move fast. Kerry, got everything lined up, toured facilities with us, took notes on our behalf so we would t forget anything and helped us find our Dad’s next home. He treats you like family and won’t just find anything for you, he truly looks for the best fit!
