I had five days to find my father an assisted living facility in the area. I was provided with a business card for Pinkle who I contacted immediately for assistance. She answered her phone right away and then began doing ALL the research for me. Within one day she provided me with four options and she then made appointments to tour two of them. She attended both with me and acted as my advocate. We decided on one and then she communicated with the facility to move forward. Unfortunately, that that one fell through due to their astronomical pricing which Pinkle tried to negotiate on my behalf unsuccessfully. I now had a day and a half to find another place. She set up another tour with me and fortunately this place was perfect for my father, and thanks again to Pinkle's negotiation skills, the right price. My father has now been in his new home for almost two weeks and Pinkle continues to monitor his care and well-being in person. She has gone above and beyond helping me during this stressful period. I seriously could not have done it without her. She is worth her weight in gold!! She is fantastic!!

I was looking at large facilites, because that's all I knew. The stress of pricing, location and finding a place for my loved one was taking a tole. However, thru one of the larger locations I was referred to CarePatrol.
In less than 24 hours I received a text and phone call, not only for my interest but my well being. I met with Annie and Gauri to tour, home like locations, which I never knew existed. I did not feel pressured to make a dessecion but to find a place that worked for us as a family. We did find a home and the owners were incredibly kind and friendly.
While my loved one was in the hospital and at the time of discharge Annie, Gauri and Thomas assisted with setting up transport, guiding me to ask the questions I needed to ensure a smooth transition from the hospital to the new place.
I am truly grateful for their help and they encourage any questions I have to reach out. Simply because my LO is placed doesn't shutoff communication.

Nicole was very helpful, caring and knowledgeable. She represented us thoroughly and stayed in touch regularly. We couldn't have been able to get Dad a place so quickly and for the right price without her caring and helpful attitude. We now have a nice home for our father who's going to be 95 this year.

I was referred to CarePatrol by Evergreen in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. When I called the representative was extremely helpful, explained how CP works, and what to expect. Steve answered all the questions we had, he is professional, knowledgeable of the industry, had all the necessary paperwork that was needed. Anything that came up he had it forwarded to me… so I could complete it. He made it easy for us even for us being out of state.. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful that we had Steve to help us in this move for my dad who is 97… We appreciate that there are still hard working professionals out there…like Steve Key… I will always highly recommend him.

I am very thankful for all the work that CarePatrol provided in helping find an assisted living place that met our needs. The visited my family members, listened to our concerns and answered our questions. All will being patient and caring for our loved ones. We had no clue what we were doing or needed at first.
