Heinz was amazing to work with. He listened to all of our concerns and desires when it came to what my mother wanted in her new living situation. He explained things we didn't understand and asked the questions we didn't know we needed to ask. He showed us options that were in our price range and were good options for what my mother wanted. And he was also there for phone calls and emails to help us navigate during the process and even after the move. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful.
Barbara Nabors was compassionate and professional. She is filled with knowledge and was a tremendous asset to me. Trying to help my sister who lives in Port St. Lucie Florida and Me living in Oregon was a challenge. Barbara was always there if I had a question or needed advice on how to proceed with getting my sister the living community she needed. I am so grateful for all of her expertise.

Each representative for Care Patrol that I dealt with were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the various facilities that I started the search with and provide feedback around my father's particular needs and which facilities might be a better fit.

Absolutely amazing Angie was wonderful she met me and my class at the hospital to pray for my husband to sign the POA Paperwork and stayed by my side and found an attorney to come in less than 24 hours to come and have the paperwork for him to sign. Only by God’s amazing grace he signed, my husband told me he would never give me POA of his medical care. But he did. Angie tried to get him into a hospital but wasn’t able to help me. But her and her team didn’t give up and the hospital hated me and thought I was a terrible wife and did everything including calling the police on me…Devin from the attorneys office helped me tremendously, I would recommend alll of them to help people walk through this trial and help people, that have not a clue what to do ….what a HUGE blessing.
I was able to get as much research info as needed. Support was available.

What my sister and I had struggled to accomplish for our parents over the course of three years, Carrie helped us accomplish in just three months. She took the time to understand our family’s unique circumstances and helped us navigate the many services and options available to our parents. This was especially important because our mom has dementia and our dad had been her full-time caregiver.
Carrie helped us identify and tour appropriate facilities, understand the financial considerations and requirements, and even encouraged us to revisit our parents’ end-of-life and funeral documents to ensure everything was current and in order.
