They set everything up we met Courtney with Care Patrol with the administrators of Brookdale and Centennial. She's been in a business and used to work and assisted living herself and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Hospice everything very cool company to work with nothing out of your pocket, they get paid by the communities. I couldn't recommend them enough. They were awesome.
My mom was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia and the social worker at her neurologist’s office recommended Care Patrol as it was becoming increasingly more dangerous for her to live on her own. Darlene was fantastic from the start. She guided me through what kind of information I needed to get together in order to understand my mom‘s financial situation and then helped us with suggestions for assisted living facilities that would provide her the ability to stay long-term with her available assets. She met us for the tour and answered lots of questions. She also gave very gentle follow ups to make sure that everything with my mom was settling in well. I can’t say enough about how comforting it was to have someone help us through this situation that I was not equipped to navigate on my own. Highly recommend Care Patrol!

Christina was kind and compassionate and willing to put 110% in to making sure we found the right ASL facility for my mother in law.
Emily was extremely professional and exceptionally helpful in the process of locating respite care for our mom.
I felt like I was supported the entire way through the process of helping find my dad a proper facility. I never felt pressured as if I couldn't ask a question or that I was pressured to make a quick decision and at every step of the way Care Patrol was there to assist me.
My mother needed memory care and she came with me every appointment . She asked me questions about my mom and what kind of facility I felt would fit her needs. When we visited the nursing homes and sat down with the director I asked them questions and Emily helped by then filling in on things I never considered. Also sent me state infractions that they may have. She then asked how I felt about a place and help guide me into the best facility for my mom.
After I made my decision and got on a waitlist she continued to reach out if I had a question.Always so responsive!

Every team member that I talked to was very kind and helpful. I did not have a clue where to begin a search for care for my husband with advanced Alzheimer's. A team member arranged for us to tour 3 different options for care; taking into consideration location, budget, level of care available. She accompanied us to each location and discussed pros and cons for our particular situation. We were able to secure a place for my husband at a facility that was close by and had someone on sight 24/7. They also put us in contact with hospice, which took care of medications and any furniture or equipment needed. Their help making these arrangements for my husband's care really helped lift a heavy burden from my shoulders and made this very painful and difficult journey more bearable.

Even though we ultimately found the right assisted living and memory care community outside of her local area, Carrie remained our steady, compassionate guide from beginning to end (and even beyond the move).

Because of Carrie’s support, my parents are now in a place where they are safe and cared for. We feel peace knowing they’re in the right environment, and we know we couldn’t have gotten there without her.
