I loved working with Jessica Penkert as she helped me and my sister with our mother. Carroll County Hospital was actively trying to discharge her without doing everything they could to find out the reason for her symptoms, blaming it on dementia. Jessica assisted us with how to navigate the hospital so that she could receive the care at an Assisted Living, which Jessica also helped us with, in a time of urgency and chaos that was most difficult.
If I have any issue, it is not with Jessica, but the listing of the place in Care Patrol because it lists things that are not accurate, now that my mother is actually staying there. I would update the listing of the assisted living home, if I were them to make it more accurate since those 2 items were one of the reasons we picked the place we did.
Aimee Utley was a phenomenal guide and resource of information with helping to explore all of our options, and eventually getting our mother situated into an assisted living community.

I can’t in words express fully how much CarePatrol has meant to me and to my family. With their expertise, their compassion, their empathy, especially at a time when your world has been turned upside down, placement for my husband/dad/grandpa was found. A wonderful group home with caring owners and staff, very nice private room and bath, clean and well kept property inside and out, safe and secure, daily activities, home cooked meals, etc! Melanie Lockerby has been absolutely phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about her. I was feeling so overwhelmed trying to find care and services to support my mother who has Alzheimer's. I had started working with A Place For Mom, and they were also wonderful, but I live out of state from my parents and Melanie provided the hands-on assistance I desperately needed. From day one, her professionalism, sincere care, and level of dedication to finding my mom the best care and resources possible was second to none. Lynn and Brian were absolutely fantastic. They worked with me at crunch time to get my mother a place. Really, I don't know what I would have done without them. It is such a stressful time. Lynn was great in helping me with what our options were and helping me to work thru all of the information. They literally set me up with tours the next day. Once I figured it out, she just went at it. She made sure all the paperwork needed for both facilities was taken care of. She worked with the social worker to get mom everything she needed including wheelchair and transportation. She genuinely wanted to help and was so kind thru all of it. I truly appreciate her and would highly recommend her to anyone working thru a transition like this. She is an asset to any organization!

This is the second time we have used Care Patrol and I would not have been able to facilitate my mother in to assisted living so quickly without them. Jessica made the process as painless as possible.
Last fall, my sister and I contacted Care Patrol in Colorado Springs. We were contacted by a member of your company, Rami Stoner. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rami and what a blessing she has been and continues to be for my sister and I. We told her of our immediate needs to secure my sister an Assisted Living community as soon as possible. My sister had been diagnosed with a bad cancer and told by her doctor she could no longer live alone. At our request, Rami immediately lined up five Assisted Living communities for us to visit. Based on Rami's recommendations for the best type of community for my sister's needs, it was easy to make a selection. Rami went above and beyond our expectations and seriously helped to physically get my sister moved within 48 hours of the decision to move. ( I am my sister's only relative and I live 700 miles from Colorado Springs). Even after the move, Rami visited my sister in the community and helped to get all of her questions and concerns answered, including some vital medical decisions. I recommend Care Patrol in Colorado or anywhere else they are located based on the professional and caring treatment by one of their employees. Rami was and remains our HERO and BLESSING!!!! Rami is my lifesaver! I live out of state and had absolutely no idea where to begin with my dad after he had a stroke and needed full time assistance. Rami took my dad's needs and preferences into consideration and then set up a few tours of where she thought would be the best fit. She attended the tours to make sure I asked the right questions. Then stayed in communication with me and our preferred facility until dad was all moved in. She also responded to numerous emails I sent about insurance, equipment, therapy, etc. I don't know what I would have done without her. She made an extremely daunting task doable! Rami is an angel.

When our family was looking for an assisted living community for my sister who had had a stroke, April Graves came highly recommended by another one of her clients.
April responded almost immediately to my initial inquiry, listened patiently as I explained our needs and wants, asked thoughtful questions and has displayed genuine kindness, compassion and empathy throughout every interaction. Within a day or two, she arranged tours of three or four communities that she felt would best suit our needs and accompanied me to each one. She asked the communities specific and relevant questions that I didn't even realize were important, clearly demonstrating her knowledge and understanding of not only the industry but of our individual needs as well. We’re very grateful that we were connected to Dad's memory care facility through Care Patrol. From our very first conversations, we felt supported and confident that the place we chose would be the right place for this next chapter. It was incredibly helpful to go through a curated list of potential homes that had already been vetted and met our budget and our care requirements instead of starting from Google scratch search list. We also really appreciated that it was no cost to the family.
