They summarize the facilities, arrange tours for your choices, tour the facility with you, and follow up to make sure your questions have been answered and if there is a need to re-tour a facility. As I was trying to figure out how to get care for my mother, Tammy Brewer entered my family's life and helped us. She cares and she is amazing!
I could not have navigated the process of selecting an assisted living home for my mother without the help of my Senior Advisor, Misty Small. She began working with me and my family in February 2025. From our first meeting, Misty was knowledgeable, patient and compassionate with everyone involved. She made sure she met my mom and got to know her and her personality before recommending and scheduling the first meeting with an assisted living facility. Misty set up no less than 10 of these walk-throughs with 9 different communities. Prior to these meetings, we'd get emailed PDFs of each property. Each had details on the amenities, dining and pricing - plus pictures and a description.. Misty went over each with us carefully and then worked diligently to get the meetings scheduled around my busy work schedule. She had color printouts in a folder of the communities at the meetings. She was incredibly thorough. Misty also gave us information and contacts for the Medicaid process - even though my mom didn't qualify, I wouldn't have known where to start without Misty. In addition, she was the liaison between the assisted living community and me. She made sure both sides had the paperwork necessary to get accepted. It took my family and I several long months to make the decision to put my mom in assisted living. That only happened after I walked into the perfect place for my mom in August of 2025. I cannot thank Misty or CarePatrol enough for the white glove treatment my family received. We were all treated with dignity, respect and kindness from beginning to move in. She still texts me and asks how my mom is doing? This review is well overdue and I apologize for that. If you have a loved one that needs to go to Independent living, Assisted living or Memory Care, do not hesitate to call CarePatrol. There is never a charge for their services either. Misty Small was a Godsend to me and my family. I highly recommend her and CarePatrol.
Scott Dahlhauser was absolutely critical to our search and eventual assisted living placement for my husband. He kept in contact, reviewed options for us based on the initial interview, went with my daughter and me to see possible options and helped us to understand things that we were not aware of. There was a complicated situation that arose at the last minute with a choice we had made and Scott helped us to navigate and find another acceptable alternative. We would have been lost without him.
Finding a senior living arrangement is a very time consuming and stressful experience. We needed a person who understood the different systems and was able to be objective and offer guidance.

I cannot say enough great things about Care Patrol and specifically Rami! I was referred to Care Patrol while my mother was recovering at a rehab facility after a fall. We knew it was not going to be safe for her to return home. Rami met with the family and determined her needs and presented us with several referrals. Her insight and knowledge was incredibly helpful in making a decision for an assisted living facility. She continued to check in with me while waiting for her discharge from rehab. Having such an advocate during a stressful time was definitely a great benefit. I would definitely recommend the services of Care Patrol.
