I was in a desperate situation with a tight deadline to find a place for my mom. My mom is medically complex and she had just spent over a month in the hospital losing mobility and memory. Diane at CarePatrol was immediately available and spoke to me in a caring and personal way, and lined up 3 tours of local facilities. Nicki listened to our needs. She made suggestions, but did not push. She was the liaison for us and the facility we chose. Any questions or concerns we had she addressed.

They found places, took all my concerns, and narrowed down everything I had been trying to do myself into a convenient list I could visit and choose from. And then when we had issues getting the initial assessments done, they helped intervene to clear the path, and even offered to start from scratch and continue the search if this didn't work. My highest recommendation.

Looking for care for a loved one is daunting. It was nice having someone in your corner that presents questions that you didn't even think about.
I always had someone to answer my questions, and help be the liaison between myself and the facilities. If a facility was not getting back to me in a timely manner or not understanding my questions, Ashley would quickly jump in to assist!

My experience with CarePatrol of Denton was absolutely wonderful. I needed to move my mom from the facility she was and was given 30 days. I called CarePatrol. The person they assigned to me was Dianne. She was an answer to prayers. She escorted me around town looking at residential homes. She went with me inside and smooth the way with talking to people. She gave me pointers on each home. After my family came to town, she took us once again to look at the homes. She was patient, kind and understanding. She checked on me several times asking how I was and if she could do anything. I would highly recommend CarePatrol and especially Dianne. I know who I'm calling when I need to find something for myself. That would be Dianne.

It is impossible for me to state how helpful care patrol has been for me. My mom just recently got diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and they helped me out with so many things that it would be impossible to list them all. I don’t have any other family in the state and they helped me out when I didn’t have any other person on the planet to help me out. I can’t thank the people from this organization enough
