As soon as I called, Emily was on the ball. We went a few weeks ago, looked at a memory care facility but wasn't sure it was time to do this. After a few weeks, we decided, and Emily worked with us to get my wife into a good facility. Everything happened in a week.

Care Patrol not only "listened" to our wants and needs but when all of a sudden things changed from we have 7-10 days to find a place for my father to you have 24 hours at best. . . Care Patrol pulled through for us in what is typically an impossible situation. Thank goodness for their help.
It was nice to be working with an organization/individual that had the experience of what assisted living facilities were good and which ones to stay away from. It made a somewhat difficult experience much easier.
