Sally Willis with CarePatrol was wonderful in assisting us temporarily relocate our Mom recently. She contacted facilites, set up appointments for tours & went with us as well as got info like cost and availability for us that was crucial in assisting us in making the decision on the best location for our loved one. So very thankful for all her time and effort.

My father who is 80 had a bad fall and had to go to a rehab for an unknown duration. My father is the primary caregiver for my mother who has dementia and needs full time care. I had to make quick arrangements to get her into a memory care nursing home while my father recovered. Rich Curry was an integral part in making this happen. He diligently searched around the capital region to find a home for my mother. Rich then made arrangements to set up a tour and provided guidance on all of the steps to get her into the nursing home. Rich genuinely showed compassion for our situation and my family and I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone looking for senior care for their loved ones. Care Patrol played an indispensable role in getting my mother into assisted Living. Billie from Care Patrol was amazing. Not only did she research EVERYTHING, coordinate with the facility and her doctors, and help me with paperwork; she also provided me with a safe space to vent, helping me stay focused and calm as I work through this transition with my Mom, our family and her friends. She even came by and helped me unpack! I can tell you with all honesty that Care Patrol is an invaluable resource in navigating assisted living and supporting families as they transition their loved ones into the next stage. I am forever grateful.
We worked with Erin and she was a great resource and had a wealth of information about care communities for dad. She set up all of our visit and was with us for each tour. She really this experience easy and took the pressure off of us since she did all the work for us ahead of time. We just had to make our final decision on placement. She has also reached out after dad’s move to make sure everything is going well.
