We are so pleased with the services CarePatrol provided for us in finding our friend a safe and liveable community for the rest of his life. Makayla Dubiel has been so helpful to us for over a year. Our friend has needed to move for a long time and has had a difficult time making the decision to move. Makayla has been so supportive and patient with our friend and us.
Our friend is a difficult person to work with and she has been so patient and understanding of how he felt about moving to an Assisted Living community. He has had some serious injuries over the past year and has finally agreed to consider moving. Makayla found us a perfect place for him that we never would have found on our own.
It is such a relief to have our friend in a safe and active community in a lovely building. We are so grateful to have been able to work with Makayla and to know that our friend will be taken care of and will find a wonderful place to call home. Jennifer helped me with questions l wouldn't have thought to ask. She did the work to find me homes that would meet my criteria. She went to the homes with us and researched any additional questions we had after the visit.
Ashtyn was a joy to work with, always on top of the situation, always there to help and check in repeatedly. Always had good advice. CarePatrol is the best discovery ever! We could not have helped my dad find a place so quickly without the help of this organization. So much stress was relieved from the work that this place does.

There is so much about CarePatrol. First of all, they definitely have a standard of what is in their name. They really do care. My mother and I were very pleased with the care we received during the time of when my mother's husband was to be placed. They found the best places and allowed us to make an educated decision.
My parent's primary concern in their later years was that they wanted to be home. Through CarePatrol, we were able to make that happen!! Angela and her team were so supportive and helped us to find the care team that we needed and my parents were able to stay in their home. This gave me peace of mind, knowing that my parents were happy, comfortable and being well taken care of.
Guari and Annie were amazing. They were so reassuring and helpful. They found the most perfect home for my mom. They were great in supporting me both in finding a home and emotionally through the process. They were knowledgeable about programs that would help me pay for my mom’s care and connected me to the right people. Annie followed up with me after placement and visited with my mom.
The entire team was amazing from the beginning. A special shout out to Kris and Kathy for going above and beyond to make a successful transition for my dad. They were such a valuable resource and I would highly recommend them.
Caressa was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She clearly knows how to communicate and care for people; both those needing living assistance and those who need to place their loved ones in a facility to be cared for.

Krystal was very responsive! Easy to contact and delightful to talk with. She answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner.
I live out of state so she also arranged meetings with administrators/owners of each of the facilities we were considering. Very much appreciated that as it let me find out more without needing to fly across the country to see each venue.

Michele was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She focused on helping us make the transition from hospital to assisted living over the Christmas holiday.
Rami was awesome and allowed us to make the best choice for our father. She was knowledgeable not only about the facilities she showed us, but about the system in general. She listened to what are needs were from a health care perspective as well as a financial perspective. There is no way we could have done this without Rami and Care Patrol.
Kathy was very helpful in helping to find a Senior Living Place for my cousin that I think will provide the experience and needed help that she needs for situation. My introduction to care patrol was in trying to find a suitable physical therapy rehab hospital.
During that discussion, I asked about their experience with post hospital hospitalization care situations. I know not enough about skilled nursing versus assisted-living versus anything else. It was through them that I learned about personal care homes.
Ultimately, they assisted me with finding a lovely personal care home that fell within our budget. And I am deeply appreciative of their services and of Tammy.
Erica was a tremendous help to my brother in law when we were looking for an assisted living unit. She gave us multiple choices to review. We are happy with the choice we made. She also helped us find an attorney to help with some trust work. The experience was great and I would recommend CarePatrol to anyone.

Ruthie is awesome! We were able to get my mom in an assisted living even while we were dealing with the holidays. She setup places for us to tour and offered her advice which was much appreciated. David was always quick to respond and very genuine in his guidance. He took time to listen to our particular needs and situation. I especially appreciated how it was over a year until we needed to make a move and he was patiently available but not pushy.
Johnsie and Susie were very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions. This was a difficult decision for me and they handled all my concerns with ease. My mom is happy with her placement and I believe she will thrive in the facility.

Laura was GREAT!!! Getting facilities lines up to check out. I felt Laura was really their for me and if I missed any questions, she was their to follow up on. She called me a couple of days later to check up on me. Very personable, caring and great manner of speaking. I liked her alot.
