I contacted Anna McMaster after a referral from a memory care representative in Southwest Austin. She was patient and listened to my concerns. Anna followed up with me in a timely manner and provided me a list of facility facilities in the area nearby me. She contacted these facilities prior to my interaction with them and provided me a contact person to speak with. She checked in with me during the entire process to place my mother and father into an assisted living facility. I am appreciative of her efforts and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
I liked working with CarePatrol over a Place For Mom. CarePatrol did not share my personal information (including my phone number) with numerous assisted living providers who called me at all hours of the day. I liked the overall approach CarePatrol toward customer assistance and the referrals to other service providers based on my needs.

Ashley and her team were amazing throughout our process of finding the most appropriate home for our family member who was being discharged from a skilled nursing facility.
She arranged visits within our geographic parameter with large, medium and small facilities, as this was all so new to us. She then followed up with the places that we had more specific questions about, kept us informed if a place were interested in was no longer available, and also inquired about the places that we were interested in that had a waiting list.
Ashley's consultative approach as a nurse with my husband and me was a definite plus. The needs analysis she did of our family member then narrowed down the options that would fit best our family member.
We could not have done any of this on our own. Ashley and her team are my "GO-TO" senior care advisors that I'll refer anyone to who needs help finding a place for friends or family members.

We were kept apprised of every visit to every facility. The communication was fantastic. In the end we found the right facility. Carrie was great to deal with through the entire process. I would highly recommend CarePatrol.
We learned that our mother needed to move from Rehab to Assisted Living on Thursday afternoon and we had no idea what to do. We called Sara and on Friday and Saturday, my husband went to 2 AL facilities and I met with a mover that Sara recommended. By Monday, we had a place for our mother and a plan to get her moved in. Sara was with all of us every step of the way, answering questions and helping us coordinate and navigate.

I didn't even know where to start when my mother fell and required full time care. I contacted CarePatrol and was fortunate to work with Colleen and Christa, who were quick to respond to my questions and requests for tours. Every home they carefully selected for us was clean, quiet, and met our needs. The after care was wonderful as well. Colleen has called and checked in with us, being able to help us during the transition from having her at home, to a facility. I am beyond grateful to their care and service, for which I could have bee lost without.

Dina Cucanato is very personable and caring. She has patience with elderly people and explains things in ways they can easily understand. She knows a lot about the facilities and directs you to the ones that will fit your needs.
