Very pleased with the service provided by Tempa Finch. She was very caring in determining the needs of our loved one. After doing that, she was able to plan visits to different facilities and acted on our behalf. With her knowledge of the different facilities available, we were able to choose Remember Me, which so far seems to be a perfect match. Thank you for your help!

Not only is CarePatrol excellent at placements, but they advocate for the residents (and their families) after placement. They don't cut ties after placement - they advocate for, and check in with, the families. Ericha has been awesome!

I felt like Erica was very invested in our experience and needs and was an advocate for us and our Dad. We greatly valued her experience and knowledge in navigating both the healthcare system and the facilities in the area. She was kind and personable and very responsive. We felt like it was a very worthwhile experience at a difficult time.
