I did not know what to expect when I was referred to Tiffani Herrington. I could not have done all of the research to find a place for my husband. Tiffani has a wonderful personality and has the understanding for those of us going through a very difficult situation. Whenever I had a question, she was always there to answer me. Even after my husband was transferred to the Platinum Resort she followed up on how things were going. Care Patrol is very fortunate to have Tiffani as an advisor.
They are thorough, kind, helpful and wonderful liasons. Made my dad’s move to a personal care home seamless and hassle-free. Really. appreciate their work ethic!

When my mom could only leave the hospital if she had 24/7 care at home in place CarePatrol stepped in and I got a call back right away. We left the hospital with the first 24 hours covered quickly and caregiving companies and names and contact were given right away. We never had an issue with finding caregivers to cover the time and Care Patrol called back multiple times to check in on us and follow up and make sure we were getting the support we needed.

Tiffani was absolutely fantastic! We ran into an emergency situation on a Sunday and Tiffani helped us by showing us community options and providing resources. Her continued support over the following weeks was much appreciated. Her compassion and knowledge were a Godsend.

Nikki was very responsive to our needs. My sister and I were looking for an assisted living facility for a relative and we needed it very quickly. She understood our needs and went out of her way to be responsive. She gave us several options and at the last minute came up with a facility, which was a perfect fit. She negotiated the price with them and we went to work to get my relative in before he was facing homelessness. I highly recommend Nikki and her associate because they truly care about their customers and the people that they service. They could not have been kinder, more hard-working, and communicative. Five star service.
After I explained our needs they referred me quickly to an agency that would be right for us. Working out really well. They called later to check on us. They made the process way less overwhelming.

Moving a loved one from out of state to Georgia is a multi-layered process and I rely on these guys to help me figure out what to do. They are responsive, invested in a good outcome and offer their services free. They have many contacts related to living facilities and I have found that helpful. I would recommend to anyone trying to navigate this difficult and costly situation to reach out to them.
Bonnie Elliott is patient, compassionate, dedicated and determined to help. Would that we sought her out initially instead of finding what we found out was the wrong place. She could have spared us so much grief. Now I’m telling anyone who will listen about Care Patrol and Bonnie. She spent hours with us on tours after weeding out and finding 3 facilities for our parents in their mid 90’s. Parkinson’s, dementia-it wasn’t easy. Always available for questions and support. We couldn’t think more highly of her than we do!
Teresa at Care Patrol is amazing! She helped us during a super difficult time after my mom had a fall and ended up in the hospital and a rehab facility. We contacted Care Patrol to help us find an assisted care/memory care community for my mom. Teresa helped us understand what to look for, set appointments with multiple facilities and even went with us on the tours. Her advice and assistance was vital in our decision process.
