Artist was very informative in my time of need. Dementia becomes difficult to handle physically and emotionally. He took me to tour Hacienda Grace and consequently I decided to place John at that facility. Artist followed up with phone calls and texts concerning what to expect and emotions involved in parting with a loved one. I appreciated his support during this sad and difficult period.

It helps to have someone with expertise when you are looking for a retirement facility that will be a good fit. We found one!
I could not have found the Assisted Living facility that best fit mother's needs without Amber"s help. She was very knowledgable about the south side and facilities. In addition she was very professional, compassionate in listening to our concerns and open to suggestions. She always responded promptly to texts and phone calls and followed up on our questions.
