We needed to place my father into a memory care location quickly that would be able to assist with his medical needs that we couldn't attend to. While I could not locate the place on my own and was told he should be placed into hospice, Care Control knew of the perfect fit and we got him moved quickly. He started feeling better quickly as well.

They were able to take the chore of finding a facility/ home for my mother, suffering with stage 6 Dementia. Which, if any of you get the chance to find a minute to yourself, is few and far between. Care Patrol does a wonderful job and takes all your information and steers you in the right direction. Not dealing with any type of disease person, I had never been in any type of facility, big or small. Marisa helped me figure things out after 5 tours. Thank you so much Merisa.

It is hard to know what to do and who to turn to when a loved one needs help. When my my dad needed help, CarePatrol was there and helped me find the help we needed. Victoria was very knowledgeable and stayed in communication with me, the insurance company, and the health care facilities until we got my dad where he needed to be.
