my husband was in Sea Pines Rehab Center from June 19-July 10 5 CarePatrol reached out to us to help find best facility closer to our home & type & wish t5o thhank ALL involoved. The staff was prompt to answer questions & guide us through our decisions. We have hit a couple of bumps along the way but due to my husband"s actions that led to him falling. But overall were happy with CarePatrol & would reccommend the company to others

Stephanie was very nice and extremely helpful! I don't think I would have found a suitable place on my own. I had been swamped with emails, texts and phone calls from the major name services. All I tried to do was get info on different places. Instead of listening to my needs, I got places way over budget and the travel parameters.
Stephanie only suggested places that were a fit, didn't pressure me at all and was honest with her answers when I asked questions. Both my mother and I are extremely grateful!

Alexis and Gigi were extremely helpful to our family while we were searching for an assisted living facility. They were knowledgeable about the facilities in the area and were available to take us on guided tours on short notice. In addition, they helped us understand the process of medicare and medicaid financing. I would highly recommend CarePatrol if you are looking for a facility in Florida.

This is the second time we have used Mike to find a care facility for an elderly relative.
Very helpful. I was visiting my Mom in rehab from out of state. I did not have much time to choose a place for Mom to move into after rehab. They walked me through everything I needed to know and met me at each place we toured. I was able to put a deposit down on a place before I left.

First name removed coordinated with the facility's Social Services Director and Finance Director to ensure my father's Medicare was extended. First name removed worked with other professionals to ensure there was a backup plan if the Medicare extension was not approved. She kept everyone updated and our family is so grateful for all her help and understanding the urgency to get things resolved quickly. I am so glad I contacted Anna for help in finding a place for my Father-in-law. We had about a week to find a place while he was in rehab. Anna took the time to ask about my FIL, his hobbies, likes, dislikes, desired location, budget, etc. She then narrowed down the places we should tour. She is very knowledgeable, empathetic, warm and great to work with!

Care Patrol was there every step of the way when I had to move my husband from his current facility to a different one for more specialized care. They presented me with several options, met me for the tours and even helped me by recommending someone to move his belongings and transport him to the new facility. It made the transition go much more smoothly than if I had to do it on my own.

Anna has helped me and my family on several occasions. She knows the facilities in our area extremely well including other people’s experiences, cost estimates, features (like how is the food?) as well as has personal contacts within. Each time the care she has helped us select has been exceptional. She also helps to expedite the process because sometimes you have to make quick decisions in order to provide adequate care for a loved one. I am so grateful and highly recommend her services and care!

From our very first contact on the phone, I was so impressed with Maryanne's friendly and caring manner. I was not very confident that we would find a personal care that would be okay for mom financially or that she would qualify for that level of care. She had recently experienced back to back hospitalizations which had left her weak and unable to return to her home with my sister. The first facility that we toured was perfect and was able to provide the level of care mom need within a budget we could manage! Besides that, it is a smaller homelike atmosphere with a very caring staff. All seven of moms' children are very happy! Maryanne continued frequent contact throughout the process and we can't imagine a better experience!

Carrie was great! She was highly recommended by someone at UW. I called her and she met with my mom the same day. She was extremely supportive and was able to answer a lot of questions for us. She checked in regularly on mom’s progress and visited her several times. She is very knowledgeable and caring.

Our mom was in dire need of 24 hour care. We were lost, had no clue what to do or where to turn. I ran into an old friend and she told me about Care Patrol. It was literally a life saver. Sherri, Sara, and Eric were incredible. They understood the stress level we were feeling as a family and clearly cared about us, and they went out of their way to find the perfect spot for our mama. I'm still not over how wonderful this experience was. The team continues to check in with us and Sherri has visited my mom. I can't recommend Care Patrol enough.

Carrie was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend her. She was available day or night to answer questions and was always quick to respond. She educated our family on the facilities that might be best for our loved one and then scheduled the tours. And, even after the placement, she follow-up to make sure it was a good fit. Because of her expertise, we made the decision in days, not weeks, on which facility was the best fit and we don’t regret our choice at all. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend using Carrie.
My brother and I were exhausted from searching for a community for our mother. We didn't know what to look for in a quality facility or even how to find out about violations. Then we found Steve with Care Patrol of Gastonia & Asheville! Steve asked specific questions about our mother and provided information about pricing, services, violation history and availability. The next step was to visit three communities and speak to the directors. Steve was with us every step of the way. Our mother moved into a community a few days ago and Steve is still taking care of us! What a blessing to have someone who truly cares about seniors and works to place them in the right community.
