Murray was personable and great to walk through the property with. He was practical with his comments on the state of the home and what his best understanding of a situation that wasn't visible to check was. He took his time in going over the home and showing me things as he went. I would definitely recommend him, especially if you are someone that wants to look over a home with the inspector.

Extremely thorough and friendly. All my questions were answered, and he was willing to walk me through the logic and reasoning behind everything he was recommending. The report I received was detailed and informative, covering everything we talked about including diagrams, examples, and information on how to go about fixing things myself if I so choose.
