Murray was very professional, knowledgeable and fair where he applied that to the inspection of our cottage. The cottage is close to 100 years old so you can imagine how thorough the inspection needed to be. He was able to find some small issues that if undiscovered could cause major grief. He also provided great recommendations to some of the character this older cottage had. I would have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone who was going to have an inspection done.
