Great staff. Very knowledgable and helpful. I just bought a bike from Brian at the Trailhead location in Fort Worth. He answered all my questions and followed up quickly with any requests I had. I will definitely go back and do business here again.

When I walked into the store I was greeted by a worker who asked if I needed help. After explaining and discussing what I was looking for he assisted me. After discussing he brought out some sizes. I tried them on and then purchased them. He provided excellent customer service and it was very much appreciated.

Great e-bike rental experience. I want to buy an ebike but want to try them out first. The Specialized Turbo Como is a high quality rental at the Clearfork store. Rented from Eric and Ben handled the return. I’ll ask for them on future visits.
