Kelly is hands down the best hard working mechanic around. His attention to detail, professionalism, and experience is top notch in this industry. Kelly makes you feel like your family every time you walk in. Then new manager Eric is also a great addition to the team. I appreciate how he treats everyone like they are important no matter if they are a rec rider or a cat 1. His enthusiasm & passion lights up the place and you leave with the warm fuzzy feeling and a better mood then when you walked in the building.

I will say having a better selection on certain products, or having that "i just have to have it" product such as a "pretty bling" for your bike, funny or bright color water bottles, or even better selection of ladies attire. Tons of mens bibs but few ladies bibs. Lots of black, white, red colors of products which is fine and standard but how about some bright spunky products?
