I know I can get honest feedback. I don't want someone to sell me something I don't need and Bike Mart keeps it real. I would like to see some bike maintenance classes for women, so we can understand better how our bikes work. Otherwise I was very happy with my service.

Everyone was helpful and greeted me when I walked in the door. I was having trouble finding something on the shelf and the mechanic, pulled what I needed from behind the counter. Super helpful and engaged.

Friendly, efficient service. The team examined my bike and reviewed what needed to be done, and provided a detailed quote. When I picked up the bike, they went over everything that was done and showed me how to take some preventative steps to better maintain my bike.
