Beyond the great service from Duncan, I just love the overall atmosphere of this store. All of the employees are super friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It makes a huge difference when a shop has such positive energy.

The service team, led by Kelly went above and beyond. I dropped of my bike to have the brakes bled and they noticed my head cap was loose. Upon further investigation the entire Isospeed assembly had come apart and was an accident waiting to happen. Fortunately, due to their diligence I will not suffer any unnecessary injuries due to a mechanical breakdown. Thank you Kelly and Tommy. Bike Mart Rocks!

I'm not very knowledgeable about bike maintenance but the team at Bike Mart made sure that everything was explained extremely well. Friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like you've been a customer for years the first time you step in the door. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Tommy taking care of our Schwinn. We will definitely be coming back for any future needs.

Ethan was super helpful and patient and getting my toddler a bike helmet, opening all these different color options and making sure we had what we needed. He and the other guy even helped me adjust the balance bike we brought with us (we had just got it used elsewhere) to make sure my kid could ride the bike immediately. Very kind, patient, and made sure my kid had a great first time riding their bike.
