My experience was with purchasing an e-MTB - I knew what I wanted from online research and ordered over the phone super easily. Also loved the fact someone picked up the phone immediately when I called and helped me with no sense of being rushed just as if I visited the store. The best part is that the bike was in stock at another location and was ready for me to pick up assembled and setup just a couple days later.
This was overall super cool.
You get a 9 out of 10 because it was weird that a 5K+ bike came with no pedals… I understand guys who are hard set on high end hardware may not care for entry level pedals that come with a new bike BUT I feel like at that price point the bike should be ready to roll off the floor with cheap pedals if that satusfies the Customer… and maybe give the option to upgrade the pedals to those who want to with paying the difference between the entry level “free” pedals and whichever model they pick. Other than that great stuff. Thanks Bike Mart of Fort Worth!!!!

Great staff and service

Not cheap, but no worse than other shops and service from first greeting was genuine and welcoming. I came in knowing what I was looking for. Online said you all could get it in 2-3 days, but you all had it the next day. No complaints. Thanks for a beautiful bike. My daughter is thrilled!

The bike mechanics fixed my leaking tubeless wheels by installing new tape and new upgraded Industry Nine valve stems that another bike shop had installed. All of my bike service will now be at Bike Mart.
