Great customer service. I tested a bike and put a hold on it. I had lots of questions and they were answered and researched if the answer wasn’t known. I returned to test the bike again and the sales person went on a ride with me in the 100+ degree heat. The customer service was above any of my previous experiences.

Just a minor problem. I was looking for an inner tube with a presta valve for a 20x1.50 tire. It was not on the display shelf and I had to ask someone to go in the back to get it.
