Have only been cycling for about 6 months, so my knowledge is limited. The staff in service and sales at Preston Hollow were incredibly helpful and just super nice! Service I had done on my bike was on time and it was like riding a new bike after the Major Tune Up.

Friendly staff. Good customer service. I ordered a January special tune-up on my bike and it was returned to me in a timely manner and rides much smoother than when I dropped it off. It is super clean, too!

The part I needed was held for me without any hesitation. I had questions about the accessory and received solid answers regarding the use with my bike rack. He even offered to help with the installation even though I had purchased the rack elsewhere. Customer service like this lowers the threshold of entry for anyone that may feel intimidated about visiting a shop like this. Great service!
