Reasonable price for a bike rental. Friendly and helpful staff. Most of all, there was a lightning storm the day that I had to return the bike and fly home, so they picked it up from my hotel for only a small additional fee.
My son's bike has a loose brake cable in the front and brakes rubbing in the back. I walked in expecting to drop the bike off for service. Instead, the technician looked at the issue and immediately started working. He showed me why the brake pads needed to be replace, replaced them, and worked adjusting things for 10-15 minutes. Walked out with a working bicycle. Excellent service.
In addition to the products, which were what we needed, it is extremely important to get good help from staff in figuring out what you need. We got exactly the help we needed choosing new bike helmets and getting them properly adjusted to fit.
