In addition to the products, which were what we needed, it is extremely important to get good help from staff in figuring out what you need. We got exactly the help we needed choosing new bike helmets and getting them properly adjusted to fit.

I had an issue with shifting gears. They put my bike right up on a stand, adjusted cables and i was back on the road. Can’t ask for better or quicker service than that!

Reasonable price for a bike rental. Friendly and helpful staff. Most of all, there was a lightning storm the day that I had to return the bike and fly home, so they picked it up from my hotel for only a small additional fee.
