I went to Bike Mart because my tire was deflated Upon inspection they found the cause and explained the repair. The cost was very competitive and quick. I appreciated their selection of bicycling products and think it is one of the largest and most complete in the DFW area.

We went in looking for a new bike for me without having done any prior research. The employee who helped us was knowledgeable and very engaged. I was even able to test ride the bikes in the back parking lot. On a previous occasion, the employees helped us repair our BOB jogging stroller free of charge. Would definitely recommend this store and I will return here in the future.

My service items weren’t completed on time so the guys did it on the spot and waived the service fee. Made it right. Makes me want to come back for sure
