Great service department! Messed my back wheel (carbon Stan's) up on a Sunday morning ride/crash. Came in shortly after they opened asking how much a new rim with spokes would cost. Dude behind the service counter quickly diagnosed my issues (broken spoke, derailleur out of proper adjustment, wheel in need of serious truing up) and told me, if the rest of his day went as planned, he should be able to get it all fixed up before close of business. I picked it up a few hours later ready to ride.

I have purchased both my bikes, and always had them serviced, at the Bike Mart in Richardson the new store on Lovers lane. Sales staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The repair service is spectacular. Every effort is made to keep your bike in top shape, and the cost is very reasonable. I would not take my bike anywhere else.
