High quality

Great selection, knowledgeable staff

Excellent Service.
J.P. is incredibly knowledgeable and a superb bike fitter! I was having shoulder pain for some time. He diagnosed the problem and adjusted the bike. Now I'm a happy rider.

The guy who checked me in was fantastic and appreciated it greatly.

Helpful team members who are patient and knowledgeable.

Great customer service! Their 90 day payment plan is amazing and pocket friendly to those like myself on a budget. I went there to ask questions about “the right bike” for beginners. Answered all questions and I even picked a great starter bike. Ask for Mark…he is an awesome salesman!

Always helpful and knowledgeable

I put an old bike back on the road and your Preston Hollow store had everything I needed - tires, tubes, chain lube, CO2. A tech mounted the tubes and tires for me so I was literally ready to ride out the door. Great service!

Nice assortment of bikes, very helpful associate, pleased with the price.

Very helpful staff (thanks Mark!) and great selection. Will be back for the next one!

The service was prompt and the services were excellent! I rode it for the first time yesterday and it rode great! Feels like a new bike!
Thank you

Really appreciated Mark’s service and support. He was great to deal with.

They took care of my needs, in a timely and friendly way

These guys have time to discuss aspirations or maybe just dreams. True bike folks.

Very happy with the help I received from the service department. They recommended what needed to be done and didn't try to sell me services that didn't need to be done.

They performed a tuneup and chain replacement. Great service.

Very good bike came back shinny

Mark took excellent care of me, and was extremely kind in withstanding the incessant questions from my 3 and 6 y.o. daughters while explaining technical details. I was overwhelmed by the number of choices of products online and I appreciated being steered directly to 2-3 options that would be best for my needs.

I have been extremely pleased in my interactions with your service department on the several times that I’ve used them for various services. I would not hesitate to look to them to assist me in the future.

On time at the estimated price. Sweet

I don’t mind a survey that i choose 1-10 but to type out why i have had good experiences is annoying. Keep up the good work.

I usually shop at Dallas Bike Mart on Garland Road, but that location didn't have what I wanted, and the Preston Hollow location did. However, the people at both shops are friendly and very helpful.

Your technicians are the best.

First name removed did a great job assisting us. The service and knowledge was over top. He went out of his way to do everything he could to help us up to an including a special order.

Great service. Technician very knowledgeable.
