I really like Raintree systems. I do feel like the customer service has changed. There are less knowledgable people to help with questions and everything has to be set up as a case that ends up taking days to get a response for. Its frustrating trying to get the reps to understand what the issue is and then have them set up a case. Often the case is set to close in 5 days and if your not paying attention you don't get the answer you need. Everyone is very nice and easy to talk to it would just be nice to have people who understand the ledger better answering phones.
You representatives have really assisted our team in customizing our system. We appreciate their thoughtfulness when answering questions and taking a deeper dive into what the real problems are behind our request. It makes the experience much better and shows us capabilities in the system that we may not have fully understood.

Love the color coding and the EASE with doing insurance tracers! Customer service isn't too bad. REALLY good compared to ChiroTouch! We use both programs in different offices. Trying to switch to Raintree!!
The system is easy to navigate and there is always someone to help.
I love all the user groups and what information they have to share. When there is an issue or we would like to make changes, they are addressed very quickly. The company has a great mission and we are happy to utilize their programs.

I like how the support representatives are thorough in asking many questions in the issue at hand and that the representative will state "i will take this to my support group and get back to you as soon as possible" and then will follow up quickly with you.

I have been with Raintree for 20+ years, through bad updates, good updates and the best updates. The representatives are friendly and helpful and they're very responsive to any needs, questions or ideas.
I have been working with Heather Raper on a couple of issues with our EMR. She has been outstanding to work with. We are a small office so frequently it is a one man show for me as an owner. Heather made is so easy to get the issue addressed. Thank you.

I love that things can be tailored to how we need them. Things were a bit different this last year, but I also really like that a representative has been present in our office post conferences to help us fine tune what we saw in conferences, as well as add more features. This has helped us discover aspects of the system that we are not utilizing.
