I have a suggestion, please tell some of the new or young membership staff to be nicer to members and/or to get to know the members that come to your club. I workout 5-6 days a week and keep on getting ignored by some of your membership staff even if I say hello and good-bye every time. Acknowledging a member of many years goes a long way.

THERE IS A GOOD VARIETY OF OPPORTUNITIES TO GET EXERCISE. THE CLUB IS WELL EQUIPPED AND REASONABLY CLEAN.
Staff is curteous,respectful, and professional. Club is Mainly adult oriented, reason why I left YMCA. There is a variety of classes to attend and instructirs are great.

Hello, I like the new equipments and streching bar nest? Salt Water pool, high ceiling spacious workout place and manager Jill. She was very good manager to start the membership.
One little problem is week water pressure for the shower. My husband also complain about this.

Very accommodating great customer service. Would be awesome if you can offer Classes similar to Crossfit workouts in the functionality room. Would pay extra money a month for classes. There are several people at the gym I know that have done Crossfit and would pay extra to take classes.

I like the amount of equipment that BACE has - I never have to wait for a cardo-based machine. I also enjoy having 24-hour access, because there is never an excuse for not working out.
