24x7 at Cummings. If I could change one thing, it would be to put the bar back like it was 20 years ago and created a social atmosphere. We’re hanging out and having an adult drink with other adults is a higher attraction. That’s what lifetime has over your club?

Friendly staff, great yoga and class instructors , knowledgeable trainers, excellent nutrition programs, meditation room, clean areas, wonderful Physical Soul Therapy -PT on sight, smoothies bar, fun contests all year round! Locker room sauna, steam bath and salt water pool is the best!

I love Sarah's H20 Cardio class in the pool. It invigorates me while helping me feel strong healthy. And it's a lot of fun too!

Nice facility and employees
I love the BAC express, I love that is affordable and open 24/7, I love that the treadmills are spaced out and face the pond. I hate going somewhere where they are jammed together and face the gym so ur just watching people workout. Please never change that!

I’ve been a member for 37 years. This is like home to me. Everything about this club is excellent. The people, the equipment and the type of services.
This is the health club if you want to get in shape or stay in shape.
I love the 24 hour access. The machine selection is great, but some of the weight machines are looking tired. Paint is peeling and rusted. It gets the job done tho.

I love the express club. The convenience of going 24/7 & it’s clean. I like the bight open space and the view overlooking the pond. Machines and weights are neatly organized.
