Machinery maintained, facility is clean, Lots of options, friendly staff.
I love how the programs are always changing. The open houses/events really keep things fresh. I feel that the gym is kept very clean. The steam room and sauna are the best thing after a hard workout. I really enjoy the classes like pump, spin, combat etc. The instructors are friendly, motivating and encouraging.
One complaint that I have has to do with spin. I know that it is a very popular class and lately on some nights you have to get there 30+ minutes ahead of time to get a bike. What frustrates me is how people get away with reserving bikes for friends. I arrived 35 minutes prior to a spin class and the entire front row was reserved and the rest of the class filled up. I've literally watched people show up 2 minutes before class and hop on a bike that their friend reserved for them. I understand if it is a once and a while thing if someone is running late, but it seems to happen on a consistent basis and it's really not fair to those that show up early.
Overall though, I love the gym!
The services offered at the BAC are extensive. I cannot think of anything that is lacking. In fact, you guys cover all the bases ~ it's exciting to be a member. Thanks!
The community and employees are great; respectful, responsible, professional, knowledgable, available. If you have a goal set, they will do everything to help you get there.

Was on a medical leave so took fundamental Pilates. Love having a class that is not so fast that I feel left behind and risk injury trying to keep up. Plus the teacher is incredible.
Would like to see occasional step down classes if only to vary the routine to challenge the body. Also good for those days you just can't face the full high powered class but still want to exercise.
So far, everyone has been very helpful and friendly.
I like Nick. Not impressed w the appointment management system on the computer, or the other salon services, but I do like Nick.

Pretty sure what I answered when Groupon asked the same question fabulous color, fabulous cut, fabulous personality I will definitely go back! I will add friendly and cute shop in general loving that my hair smells so fresh not like chemicals don't know how you do it!
Happy friendly employees. Professional training staff open ,friendly,and willing to answer questions from anyone not just their clients. Clean facility!!!! Many free group classes to partake in.
I love all that there is to do in your facility. The pool, the weight room, the women's only area, all the equipment and machines to use. I also love the smoothies! They are a great way to end a workout and I love that if I leave my purse or wallet at home so I have less stuff to carry, I can charge it to my account. BAC does a great job at being accommodating to their clients and I will definitely recommend it.
I've noticed some real changes recently in the gym. It seems that people are paying more attention and overall the club is more clean and equipment seems more maintained.
The towel dispenser in the mens room doesn't dispense enough to actually dry anything so you need to pull 5 pieces out to actually dry your hands.
I love being a member at the BAC, the variety of activities is great, and my favorite are the group classes. I am always trying to recruit new members. I love the knowledgeable staff, and amazing group instructors. You always feel welcome when you walk in the front door. I LOVE THE BAC

Everyone staff member that I have had the opportunity to meet has been very helpful and friendly. The gym and equipment is clean and works, and it is not crowded most of the time.

it's a great club. I love the pool. Unfortunately my physical issues don't allow me to be a member any longer (I hope to come back at some point!)
friendly greeting from front desk is pleasant. salt water pool is nice. feel safe with cameras, as have lost items in the past. shower area is kept clean. would like to have a meeting/list of those interested in a work out buddy, as studies show that this increases success. I am a social worker and would be willing to offer a group to discuss this, or to simply just look at a list that other individuals sign up for a buddy. thanks, Name removed
