The gym is well laid out and access to equipment is easy. It is very clean and organized. When I do go during staffed hours the staff is very friendly.

Club is generally clean (although the bathrooms need more attention) and the machines are usually all working (or get repaired quickly). I only go in the early mornings, but the staff that is present then are all friendly and helpful. Only negative experience I've ever had there was a manager from the main club blaming members for tampering with the AC and breaking it (this was after the floor flooded and ceiling tiles fell). This would have been impossible seeing as the AC controls were in a locked box. It seemed like a pretty bizarre and inappropriate thing to do, especially considering it took management over a week to fix the problem, to then lash out and blame the members was not impressive customer service. That being said, I'm generally very happy with the service and facilities and would recommend to a friend.

Everyone is very friendly. The staff is always ready to help and always make you feel at home. The staff in the salon is the greatest. They can`t do enough for the client. Would always recommend the salon. Nicole and her staff are the best.
There are a lit of services in one place. All the girls and Nick are very pleasant & happy to see u each time. They cater to your individual needs no matter if it's hair, facial or other services. The salon is pleasing to the eye & everyone looks professional.
