Offer a lot - pool, raquet ball, basketball, weights, cardio equipment & classes......would like to see the club cut back on the music though, it is a health club, not a night club, sorry but some times I have to turn up the volume on the the personal headphones to hear over the music coming over the speakers.........you notice how many people have headphones ?
I don't think you need the music at all, majority of your members seem to bring in their own music.
I like that BAC offers complex options for fitness and physical health. Soul PT was a great addition to the club. Kara is great to work with. My only complaint is that I wish that BAC would keep the temperature in the pool (water and air) consistent. The hallway between the pool and the locker room have always been cold buy one expects that and it's a quick run down the hall. Taking a class in cold water on the other hand is not enjoyable and cold water causes leg cramps. On the whole BAC had s lot to offer its members. If the water temperature were consistent I would give it a perfect 10.

The flexibility of coming in whenever I like- the hours of this gym is definitely why I come. Also, you have all the right equipment. The only thing I'd like to see is a scale in the women's locker room, rather than one in the main room.
